This should be called AerolÃneas Basura (Trash Airlines). They cancelled first our flight from Aeroparque (Buenos AIres) to Salta (sept 6), then the flight back from Salta to Aeroparque (sept 14). They are unprofessional, unresponsive, uncaring. Their app is useless and doesn't even update in time. Their website, even when by a miracle works, offers no solutions, has dead links and when you start filling a form suddenly blanks. We initiated a complain and asked for a full refund. Still waiting for ANY kind of reply. Their customer service is a laugh. NEVER, EVER, USE THIS MOCKERY OF AN AIRLINE. YOU WILL BE BOUND FOR DISAPPOINTMENT. Aerolineas Argentina has the worst customer service. On my flight from Brazil (Rio) to Argentina (El Calafate) they lost my luggage. Now I understand this can happen. At first, they worked very hard to find it, but it took them almost 3 days to find my luggage and send it to my hotel. In the meantime, I had some excursions planned and needed to purchase some basic clothing which was all in my luggage. During the process of filling in all the forms for getting my luggage back they told me all expenses I had to make will be reimbursed. So, when I got home after my vacation, I filled in a online form with all the details they provided me. After a month or so they just sent me an email (to which you cannot reply) that my luggage was delivered, and they didn’t want to reimburse my expenses. There is no phone number you can call. Only one with a Spanish speaking computer. No real person to get in touch with. Again. I understand that sometimes mistakes are made, and luggage will get lost. But not providing any service and support to get my expenses back is in my opinion not done and not a SkyTeam member worthy.…

Our flight was pretty good - seats were comfortable, good leg room (no extra pay), they provided a small snack and staff were polite. Overall from boarding, to check in and landing - it was overall good.

I recently had an extremely disappointing experience with Aerolineas Argentinas. The flight was delayed with no clear communication or explanation from the staff. When we finally boarded, the plane was old and uncomfortable, with broken seats and malfunctioning entertainment systems. The cabin crew was indifferent and unhelpful, showing no empathy for the inconvenience caused to the passengers. To make matters worse, the was no in-flight meal. Upon arrival, my luggage was damaged, and the airline's customer service was dismissive and uncooperative in addressing the issue. My experience was far from satisfactory. I will definitely avoid flying with Aerolineas Argentinas in the future and would not recommend it to anyone seeking a reliable and pleasant travel experience.
