This company hates its customers. Every single time I used it, they make me regret it. They try to suck every last dime from you. The airport service is good but the call center is horrible. Is like the enjoy screwing up. They make an effort to make you hate them. They give you ridiculous answers to the problems, even...

Small plane, comfy seats, bags of leg room, bright light very clean cabin. Usb charging points. Flight took i think about one and a half hours to two hours and was so free from hassles. They load the plane from the rear i.e. higher numbers first which was different and appeared to work well. Although there was some turbulence it...

I had a flight that, due to a technical problem, got delayed. We got clear information on what/when the flight was going to be and it even happened faster than they said (they estimated 2hrs, we ended up leaving 1h30m later). I fly AA a bunch, its not usual to see a delayed flight and they staff is always really...

Our flight was delayed but staff made embarkation swift when fog had lifted and we had clearance. The seats were comfortable and we appreciated the refreshment served. A text book landing - skilled pilot.

To add insult to injury this airline who just a few days ago lost our luggage first moved our flight earlier by an hour to make us get up and go to the airport an hour earlier just to tell us that the flight is canceled then they say the next flight in the afternoon is full but the can...

Firstly our flight from Mendoza was delayed by nearly one hour and we nearly missed our connection in Buonos Aires. When we arrived at El Calafate we received only 2 of our five suitcases. The person who was supposed to assist us were not even trying to be understanding and just told me that it is what it is and...

I flew on Aerolineas between Santiago, Chile and Buenos Aires, Argentina and I must admit my experience was like flying on two different airlines. On the flight from Santiago to BA the check in line was a nightmare. There were only two people (initially) and they were incredibly slow. Then 2 more people came over to the counter, but just...
