I've flown with Aerolineas Argentinas a number of times for both domestic flights (within Argentina) and to the US. I've had issues every time, and customer service has always been terrible and rude. On the last day of our family vacation, Aerolineas cancelled my family's flight home to New York (we had paid extra for a direct flight) and they...

I flew Aerolineas on a two week trip with my family from JFK --> Buenos Aires --> Bariloche --> Mendoza --> Buenos Aires --> JFK. I was always a little annoyed with them. I waited on the phone for 30 minutes the day before my flight to reserve seats for the flights and when I showed up to the airport...

Our flights were late because the boarding starts in the last moment so I think the airline needs to be more organised. The seats are comfortable though. However, why in South America no vegetarian options are available when you are flying? Is it too hard to have 1-2 sandwiches without meat just in case? The world is changing, not everyone...

Entertainment did not work. Food water and soggy sandwich Staff invisible except for the half hour the cabin crew chatted to the captain - with the flight deck door open! A joke.

Flown to Neuquen a number of times over the last two year and I have been impressed with there punctuality. Planes are relatively new and the staff seem to care. Some bigger airlines line BA could learn so much from these guys.

Flew Aerolineas from NYC to Buenos Aires and then onward to Ushuaia. The price was right, there weren't any surprise add on costs. Comfort was standard for international economy. A few things to watch: There are two airports in Buenos Aires (Ezeiza and Aeroparque International) and they aren't close together and both serve domestic flights. Aerolineas likes to sometimes book...

We used this airline for travel from JFK-EZE-AEP-FTE as well as for the return to JFK. Economy class tickets with a handy priority boarding privileges and lounge access and we were off--after an hour "in-line" delay/active taxi on the tarmac. My daughter mumbled and grumbled and sighed about the seat pitch and dated in-flight video selections for such a long-haul...

All were good flights. Argentine pilots are some of the best in the world and they certainly were excellent this time around. The food, thank heavens, has gotten MUCH better and I actually ate it this time. Yay.

The service was very poor on the flight just because there was a little turbulence they did not serve any food. The service attendants just sat and made it out to be drastic while on other airlines the service attendants normally served you in minor turbulence.

For no apparent reason baggage weight was limited to 15 kgs. Everywhere in the world 23 kegs is excepted. We had to pay $75 extra for our 21 kgs each. Crazy. Generally slow and inefficient service on the ground, bus late, second bus not there immediately, baggage took forever. Rather fly LATAM.
