To be fair the aircraft is good, however their services are by far the worst I've seen. The check in counter (even when I went from AMM to SAW) takes ages to process passengers' boarding passes and luggage. In the craft even water needs to be bought, no pillows, no blankets ... Nothing. Flight was delayed from AMM to SAW....

Marrakech to Fes & return. Check in was easy and efficient, although you definately don't need to be there 2 hours prior for a 45 minute domestic flight. Lots of security checks. Flights offer coffee, tea, snacks at a price - most people didn't use that facility. On my return from Fes, I requested a window seat, she said yes,...

It was a good experience from checking in to luggage collection. Departed on time and landed few minutes before the scheduled time. Wow. Value for money, we got special deal with luggage allowance and meal. Only disappointing was, i asked for a kids meal from Menu and it was not available in the flight. Rest all went well. Thank you...

Not even a water is included in the airline ticket need to purchase it. service is not as good as it was in the opening of the airline. Almost a decade ago the...

Certainly an average airline, mostly on time, has a good leg room but consider very poor on their part to not even serve a basic meal or water. The connecting Sharjah airport does not have a Wifi connection although the wait is only about two hours.

Unable to check in online in Marrakech so allow plenty of time as you go through passport control and security no less than 7 times. Took us 3 hours and had to run to gate to board plane 5 minutes before take-off. Plane was clean and on time but the male stewards treat the females like dirt and just push...
