Air Canada treats its customers like dirt. I experienced gate attendants getting upset with an older couple with a wheel chair, rudeness to others at gate. I called in to change flight and it took so long to get a simple change made just to find out the person got the dates wrong. Had to call back in and got...

This was better service than other business class flights we have been on. Loved the early boarding that first class gets. OJ or water immediately upon sit down. Lots of overhead luggage space and excellent meals.

Air Canada meals had a good choice, some staff a little stand offish and not always helpful. Bathroom facilities were kept clean.

First of all, I am a very loyal AC customer and regularly fly back and forth between Mel and YVR. I was on the inaugural direct flight last year from YVR to MEL and it was an "event". My latest trip was in Premium Economy. I flew YVR/SFO/MEL on Qantas PE and it was fantastic so I was looking forward...

The NY, LGA flight is perpetually late and we missed our connection to Tokyo in Toronto, even though both flights are Air Canada. Everyone at the airport was trained to be nice but multiple people misdirected us and we wasted a lot of time and were not able to get any answers on vouchers. Our luggage was "impounded" and no...

I will keep this short and sweet- I will declare that I have never flown Singapore Airlines or Emirates but I have flown many others and all I can say is that if I have the choice I fly AC. Business class is brilliant- private, comfy, excellent food and booze, happy flight staff who seem to actually enjoy what they...

Flew Toronto to Vancouver, 9am departure. Ticket booked using Aeroplan points. Very easy to book online, including seating assignment. Flight left on time and arrived 15mins early. Boarding was very organized. Was a full flight. On flight service was very good - friendly and engaging. Plane was a Airbus A321. Seating is always cramped on AC.

They say that an airline or any company should be judged by how well it performs under adversity. If that is true then Air Canada fails miserably. When fog rolled into YVR making the likelihood of my flight from YVR to YCD unlikely, the staff started to mobilize to figure out what to do. After a lengthy discussion they decided...

I took direct flight to New Delhi from Vancouver. The flight was excellent and I was quite fresh while reached Delhi. Flight just takes 14 hours and was less tiring as compared to one stop flights that may take over 20 hours. Plane has good legroom and the latest Dreamliner plane makes you feel less tired since it flies at...

Upon check in it seems that my seat had been separated from my young daughter. She was mortified to have to side beside a stranger on the full plane. I had booked our seats together, but a change in the reservation separated us without my knowledge. The agent, seeing her reaction, quickly did some work and managed to get us...
