I requested a cabin attendant to serve me, but was ignored forever. Meanwhile, the old white couple next to me was being attended to. It is undeniable that there is an underlying sense of discrimination against non-whites.

Very unhelpful - verging on rude! Tried to upgrade seats due to my husband’s handicap condition and they refused to help. Do not recommend. Fly Honolulu Air or United.

Air NZ is an ABSOLUTE joke, here we sit at the airport in AUCKLAND.... we were not even meant to come here but told to catch a flight from Christchurch as there was a flight to Palmerston North from here. This is now flight # 2 that has been cancelled and your staff couldnt care less. The cabin crew is very unfriendly and I will never fly with you again. Whats to say that our flight tomorrow morning will not get cancelled. All we are trying to do is get to our accomodation in Whanganui. Am not impressed and will be writing a review on my experience wherever i can. And my husband's suitcase has been damaged…

Flying with Air New Zealand for the first time was a nightmare. Our flight was canceled ahead of the scheduled departure, completely ruining the last day of our trip. Despite rescheduling efforts, there were no similar flight times available, forcing us to transfer through Auckland, a short return became a day full airport stay with extra cost here and there. The experience was further marred by an uncomfortable seat, making the journey even more frustrating. Understand one personal experience is insignificant, I am leaving this comment just to remind myself to never use this airline again in lifetime.…

Cheese plate, ate the entree and main snapper because they were so good. Never had airline get away with serving fish of such quality.
