Barely long enough for an in-flight drink service. I take this flight once a month and rave about it. So much easier than driving and the rental car lot is a short walk across the airport. Alaska is a fantastic airline with wonderful staff. I am glad I live near their hub.

We always (almost) fly Alaska Airlines. We love their mileage program, and use it frequently. We splurged this time and got business class and we are glad we did. Little extra leg room, free drinks and quicker getting off the plane.

It was my first flight on Alaska Airlines and boarding was actually stunning! The decor lighting was colorful and elegant. Other passengers entering the aircraft were all commenting like "Oh Wow!" There were 8 first class seats and these were the largest/widest seats on an airliner than I've ever experienced. Pushing controls allowed my seat to recline or just to...

I always have a wonderful time on Alaska but the past two trips (down to Austin) and returning home were unbelievably good. I am a teacher and was grading and the attendants were happy that I was contributing to society, so not only did they give me a free tablet to use but two free drinks. Granted I am also...

Had traveled to Santa Rosa for work and received a text that my return flight had been cancelled. Called customer service, expecting some discussion in order to get on a flight with another airline that night (only one a day on Alaska) and, wonderfully, the agent without pause, got me booked on another flight with another airline that night. Asked...

Flight 691 phx to Seattle the plane developed mechanical problems and the delay was almost 7 hours. They had to fly a part in. Not their fault especially because it was a flight safety issue. The good: free food and beverage plus a $150 flight credit with out even asking. Now then Alaska has screwed me in the past but...

1st time flying Alaska air. Had heard good things. Flight was packed and unfortunately was seated very near back of plane. After about 10 rows served, announced only warm lunch option available for purchase was gone. By the time the stewards served those seated in the back the lunch options were a can of pringles potato chips or a kids...

Let me start by admitting that I am not a very good traveler and I am an even worse flight passenger. I'm usually grumpy, anxious, tired, hangry, and on edge. So people should take that into consideration when reading my reviews. That being said, this was one of the more pleasant flights I've experienced. I would say that overall Alaska...
