I had a good experience on Alaska Airlines flying between Los Angeles and Washington, DC. The flights were on time. The entertainment options were good. But, the snacks were not good and neither were the food options. There were no healthy snacks and no vegan food options to buy.

Flying for 50 years around the world and this is the absolutely worst airline. Totally unreliable and no communication other that lies about the plane in the air...hour after hour after hour. No plane was ever in the air. They have no priority at the airport- all other airlines working great here but for Alaska.

They cancelled two of my flights and on the third rescheduled flight they have delayed it 4 times, they put us on the plane and we have been on for over an hour then they decide to tell us we have no pilot !! What a joke !!

Alaska remembers that it is a service company, and treats its passengers like they care about them. This service extends from the scheduling, the efficiency of check-in and baggage check, and especially the peasant, cheerful, and assertively helpful nature of their staff, both on the ground and in the air. United, Delta, American, and others should take heed. I'm only...

I fly Alaska all the time. I first started when I had to fly cross country to NJ a lot. I was fed up with the poor service on the other airline. Alaska staff are super friendly and courteous. Their food options are really healthy, and they are on time! I have never had a serious delay or cancellation from...

This was my first time flying in one of these aircraft. Originally, when i saw the seating plan, i thought it was a Bombardier turbo prop, which wasn't a thrilling idea coming to Seattle from LA. However, it was this charming, spacious, new plane with comfortable seats, leg room, large overhead area, an improved method that gives you more of...

Full load, with usual problems, tight seats, crying babies, loud talkers, and long waits for B-room due to bumpy air road. Noticed that some children [older than babe-in-arms] can handle the 4 hour flight, and for others it is like a root canal without Novacain. Parents need to plan ahead for entertainment of kiddos and manage poor behavior.

Clean and comfy with plenty of legroom. I was in a premium seat - not exactly sure why or how but I'm not going to complain. In flight entertainment had plenty of free choices, movies and tv shows. No meal was provided. Soft drinks and minimal snack were complimentary.

We had to board the plane from the outside, but once inside, it was a pleasant surprise. The plane was a smaller jet, with only two seats on each side of he isle. Theat meant nobody was scrunched in between two others. Leg room was adequate for me at 6'4". No in flight entertainment. No power ports for mobile devices....

Passengers flying in First Class have access to the airline's Alaska Lounge with locations 7 airports. On 25 April 2018, Alaska Airlines and Virgin America merged. The combined airline is known as Alaska Airlines. The combined fleet consists of Airbus, Boeing, Bombardier, and Embraer aircraft.
