My disabled husband and I flew Alaskan Airlines with his service to Texas to attend our Grandson's wedding September 13, 2017 and returning home on September 23, 2017. It was the first time we flew with our fully trained 60lb Goldendoodle, Finnegan! I cannot say enough about the kindness we were shown by every single staff member; from the check-in...

Easy and no hassle boarding process. Two beverage services. Timely arrival. Smooth landing in Chicago. The whole flight went off without a hitch. They were the cheapest flight available when we booked, with a very humane departure time at 10:30 or so in the a.m., making it possible to take the light rail from the airport to our lodging, check...

Always friendly attendants and staff with Alaska airlines. Took flight number 2101 from Pasco to Seattle. Kathy and Kathy were our flight attendants on the flight and very friendly and willing to chat on this early morning flight.

I upgraded from economy to premium on my TPA/SEA leg. it helped, but seats were still tight, gave you a bit more leg room - not worth the cost. From SEA to FAI it was incredibly tight. I am a size 14 and could have used some lubricant on my hips to get into the seat; to the point that...

Long story short, Alaska lost our bags. I've been on the phone for hours. Lots of blaming, finger pointing, but no help. I'm told they have 5 days to look and that we should just shop for replacement items .... that MIGHT be reimbursed. Next time, I'll fly another carrier.

For some reason, flights from Orlando after Irma were cheap. Alaska offered $99 one way from Orlando {MCO} to Seattle. First class was $250. Including two checked bags. I had luggage to check so I went for it. Enjoyed mini-scones and fresh eggs while flying nonstop in first class. Great crew on the plane. Sorry it too a storm that...

My initial review needed to be edited to indicate that Alaska Airlines came through for my damaged suitcase. Yes it is 2 months later, but they are going to pay for the damaged bag. They were kind enough to make an exception for me since I did not have a report from the baggage claim person indicating the damage to...

Best customer service and good flight options. I am a longtime Untied flyer and several years ago, I switched over to Alaska for several reasons. First, the customer service and employees of Alaska truly appreciate their customers and it reflects in their service and their positive attitude. Secondly, Alaska was just voted best Frequent Flyer program and I 100% agree....

The customer desk, wasnt open until 7:30p.m. this airport only has night departing flights and daytime incoming flights. Inside terminal food good but expensive. Friendly courteous polite flight crew.
