This is maybe the most trying trip I had in a while. It was full flight and the service desk ask everyone with group 3 and 4 check you bag there is not enough over head for your carry on. After boarding some people in group 1 and all of group 2 with roll on bag had to wait in...

Want to fly on an ancient plane with no entertainment, no power for your device, and worn out seats you must fly flight AA 722. They even through in crappy meals and worn out carpets. Worst trans Atlantic flight I have ever had.

Well, we scored with upgrades to business class, where the service was superb but the seats decidedly strange. They require you to be rather too close to your seatmate if you want to get from a window seat to the aisle, and there are no video screens now. All bring your own device, which they have thoughtfully provided a place...

The service and seating arrangement on this flight was poor and does not measure up to the standards for Emirates, Korean, Singapore, KLM, and even LATAM. The opposite facing herring bone arrangement has you facing the person across the isle. The food was had strange tastes and was in-eatable. It appeared that the cleaning between flights was minimal as both...

Nice selection of movies also in economy class. Had one airplane once with no private screen, but most flights have modern entertainment. I miss the wifi offered for free by Norwegian airline to its economy class. But I do like that the loyalty program actually is useful, you can book hotels if you have too few points to get a...

We had a pretty bad experience with American this time around. A couple hours before we left we received a phone call stating our flight from Newark had been canceled and we were now flying to JFK instead. This cost us about $75.00 because we now needed to Uber there. We lost a day on our trip as well. When...

Worst Airlines I've ever flown. Came into Dallas on flight that was 40 minutes late. My my flight to Costa Rica lift 15 minutes early. As we got to the gate they were pulling out and would not let us in. Having resold all of our 10 seats. Rerouted me back to Phoenix. Then on to Costa Rica. Spent 18...

This nonstop flight to the Caymans was "ok". It was completely full and not very roomy for tall people, but 3 hours was not too uncomfortable. Snacks were served by friendly attendants, the bathroom was clean, and every seat had magazines. The plane landed smoothly and on time. Being a smaller airport, passengers had a short walk across the tarmac...
