I'm 6'2" and the seats in their RJ's are so tight and the seat padding so thin that it was impossible to get comfortable and virtually impossible to shift my position in my seat. An environment to be tolerated, not enjoyed.

flights cancelled...received notification while in transport to airport. Next flight out in 4 days. Ugh!! Stayed on phone for HOURS awaiting explanation. NONE ever received. Finally placed on PACKED plane 5 days later. no refund ffor premium seats purchased prior, no compensation for inconvenience. Horrible flight into DFW.

American does it again! No surprise! This time I called the day before to ask if I could fly standby on an earlier flight, and I asked about change fees...to both questions I was told I could fly standby (no charge because you are a Platinum flyer) and no change fee. So, I show up 9 HOURS EARLY only to...

We flew thrice on this airline - after their merger with US Airways, they have updated some terms and conditions of their programme, but it is entirely in consumer's interests. The first flight which we took was from Miami to San Jose, Puerto Rico and it was a good journey except for the fact that the inflight entertainment system stopped...

Great direct flight to Phoenix. The service was great, and most of all, it was a direct flight which meant that we were at our destination in short time. When going on holiday, it is nice to enjoy more time exploring and less time on the plane.

No seat was available to select at the time of purchase or check-in unless you would pay additional fees. In fact to secure my seats, I paid close to $100 extra . Then when flying, your extra paid seats were not comfortable and there were many additional unoccupied seats which were originally only available for additional fees.

Seems as if American Airlines is always late with no explanation and a don't give a flip attitude! If I treated my customers like American does I'd be out of business. But I guess that's why American has failed!

Immigration was quick and efficient, and we soon found ourselves waiting in the Qantas First Class Lounge in the Tom Bradley Terminal before our flight. I took a relaxing shower and the shower attendant was terrific and earned a well-deserved tip. Soon enough, it was time to make the trek to Terminal 4, and then to the bus to the...

As the agent from our previous British Airways flight was only able to print boarding passes for our initial British Airways flight, and not our ongoing American Airlines flights, we had to visit the transfer desk at London-Heathrow upon landing. Thankfully there was only a short wait, and we soon enough had our boarding passes in hand for the rest...

Never had good service with this airline, but decided to try again since it was the only option that worked. Going out of the country wasn't too bad, normal, rude, nasty agents and attendants. But coming back, disaster and worst service than ever before. Got us to Miami way early, sat on tarmac for over an hour because pilot said...
