Tel Aviv-based Arkia Israel Airlines (IZ) is Israel's second-largest airline. It operates scheduled and charter flights to about 25 destinations in 16 countries in Europe and the Middle East. The airline also has a codeshare arrangement with Brussels Airline (SN). Arkia has operating bases at Ben Gurion Airport (TLV), Eilat Airport (ETH), Ovda Airport (VDA) and Sde Dov Airport (SDV). The airline's fleet of nine aircraft includes ATR 72-500, Boeing 757-300, Embraer 190LR and Embraer 195LR planes. Each aircraft is configured with a single Economy Class cabin.

Horrible it’s better to swim to destination

Terrible service flight pushed back three times on the way to the airport. When arrived was charged for luggage was charged for seat arrangement. Customer service was horrible. I will be disputing all charges. Never never fly this horrible airline. They’re hungry for money and are relying on passengers like us to pay their employees, Skylux was responsible for booking this itinerary and they are just as bad. I have experienced trauma staying in a terminal for this long under the conditions of war. With no compassion from the staff or any of the employees. This is a terrible company please please please never fly this airline. The airline should dedicate time to teaching their employees courtesy and mannerism since Israel seems to lack.
