I was feeling quite sick at the time of travel, so all I could do was hope that the airline was comfortable enough for me to rest. Luckily, they lived up to expectations, as the flight was comfortable, quick, and the food was decent.

I took a connecting flight from GVA to VNO through BRU in business class for both flights. This took place in April of 2018. I frequently fly, especially with Swiss (I live in Switzerland) for short and long flights and Etihad or Lufthansa if Swiss is not available. Not my first experience with Brussels and pretty sure not the last....

Due to scheduling issue the plane was changed to a FlyVLM plane. Plane was clean and offered a standard seating. The flight was 45 minutes late on departure out of Brussels and arrived in Barcelona 30 minutes late.

Their connection times are a problem. My scheduled connection time was 45 mins, reduced to 25 due to delays. I had to run, *and my luggage did not make it*. This is not the first time this happens, a few months ago I had a 50 min scheduled connecting time in BRU. I can't understand why they operate this way;...

This airline can only be compared to low cost airlines - Easyjet and the likes - and it will definitely loose. (In fact, I fly Ryanair regularly and haven’t had a complaint ever.) The worst service I’ve ever encountered - and I fly a lot. We had purchased the tickets for our family of three for about six months in...

It is disappointing that flag-carrier of respectable European country (there are proud "centre of Europe" announcements, you can see at Brussel airport) offers services just comparable to the cheapest budget airlines. Brussel Airlines was not my direct choice as it was selected at my booking with Lufthansa (I understand that it is a member of the same group - Star...

Quick service from cabin crew. Good offer on snack for flight (1hr) as not a direct flight from location to home. Various drinks available from soft drinks through to beers and wines. Also Coffee/Tea available

The leg from Banjul to Brussels (final destination Munich was OK = Lufthansa) was not so enjoyable - we had a sub-charter airplane (with reduced comfort) from Spain because the original aircraft wasn't available. We had to wait 4 hours on the airport in Gambia until take-off. The pick-up from the hotel was way to early.

An airline that is trying to find its place between low cost and normal airlines and is failing miserably. Service in economy is on a par with low cost airlines but the price is that of any other normal flight. They are so stingy that they won’t even give you a glass of water to take your meds but force...

A 4,5 hour flight for which we paid 400€ each and we received not even a glass of water. If you wish food or drinks you have to pay. This is not a short haul flight and therefore not acceptable. All other low costers offer more than that. Moreover, this topic is not addressed at all in the travel documents....
