Early flight booked for business purposes. This was cancelled at very short notice ( no reason forthcoming to this day ! ) No alternative was available to meet our needs which necessitated booking through another airline, Brussels airlines promised to reimburse us for this but despite numerous phone calls and emails this has not materialised ! Dreadful customer service aimed,...

Travelled from Bristol to Toronto (via Brussels) for Christmas 2016. Brussels Airlines was chosen almost entirely on price, and from other reviews and word of mouth I did not have high expectations. The ground service was average, in-flight crew were better (quite friendly), but the service offer wasn't great. At the end of the day, our flights were on time,...

My main gripe with this airline is that they use slim seats for a nearly 5 hour flight, which is just unsuitable. These seats are fine for about up to 3 hours, but when you fly longer you simply need better padding, lumbar support and a decent headrest - all of which are non existing on these A320s. Our ticket...

After giving a !st class review after nearly 20 years with SNB in 2016 It proved so disappointing to be treated condescendingly at BRS UK, told the consideration given to charity workers had been withdrawn, that all the seats were taken, that I could not sit on starbd side (I'm deaf in right ear) and that the first 4 rows...

Quick and easy flight from Heathrow to Brussels ( I prefer Eurostar trains on this route but they don't run on Christmas Day). Airbus a319 which was clean and has slimline seats. Legroom was ok. There is an Inflight magazine and limited catering due to flight time of only 45'. Water and juice Offered for free instead of Full catering...

The staff was fine but our first flight was delayed because passengers were allowed to bring a ridiculous amount of hand-luggage onto the plane. The overhead bins filled early on, people were trying to find a place to stow their luggage and because of this the plane missed the departure slot and had to wait an hour until the next...

Very chaotic for going to north America, since they dont have a good system to expedite the boarding and check all passports to comfirm ESTA, visa, etc. Annoying first delay. For the rest: it was average. But still good if you compare the price with the value.

This actual plane was a subsidiary of Brussels Airlines, and was an old 737 with cramped seating (the arm rests still had ashtrays in them). As I was the only 'Business' class passenger was given the entire front row and took a middle seat as the window seat was a little squishy, the plane itself was showing its age but...

Check In went smoothly and I was directed to the lounge, boarding was smooth and as the only business class passenger I was offered the entire front row (lots of leg room if the seats where still economy sized). It was a short flight but still a breakfast offering was made which was light but tasty along with some coffee,...
