My flight scheduled was at 6:15am early in the morning flight. We were assigned to the last roll of the seats Therefore, our seats were not able to adjust and its very uncomfortable. This was expected on our budget airlines without reserved the seats. Overall flying experience was good. We will be taking this flight again on the other trips.

Reasonable service with low fares, payed extra for larger baggage and payed extra for food and drinks.By the time you weigh up all of the extras, unless they are extraordinary cheap fares(under $500 return) I personally would use Garuda as they are an exceptional airline with everything included for around $700-$800 return flights.

Everything was average, nothing special but the seat is a nightmare! I used the inflight magazines and an empty water bottle to support my back. Still I had a sturdy pain after 2-hour flight

This airline is one of the most inflexible in terms of hand luggage and the way they impose the weight limit. Yes, we all know that hand luggage has limitations, but no other airline is as stingy and calculating as Jetstar. They want you to load up on everything (even your hat) when they measure your hand luggage weight, and...

It was interesting in that they checked in our hand luggage for free as they are fully booked and lacked storage space in the cabin compartments.

Airplane was okay. Seat could only recline a little bit, almost none. The reclined position felt like upright position on other airlines. Landing was smooth though. Check in was fast. They have many check in machines at Changi Airport.

On the flight to KL from Singapore I couldn't really feel how this airline is. but, the legroom isn't much and you don't recline, get free food etc. This experience of mine over here was when I went to Hong Kong in 2013. Pardon for my terrible english

Usually I do not fly these cheaper airlines as no food unless you pay and you also have top pay for luggage but as it was part of an international flight to Turkey I got food and luggage allowance. I made sure of this with the Travel agent and they even gave me three hours in the lounge for free...

I would use Korean LCL if I could. The cost performance is lower than average. Uncomfortable seat even for a short flight.
