I was informed by the dragon air agent about the policy change on the cabin baggage allowance by Mr. Shailendra at Kolkata International Airport on 9/18. My flight was on 9/19 at 1:15 AM local time. To my disbelief they weighed both my cabin bag and laptop bag together and asked me to empty stuff till both of them together...

We flew dragon and Cathay for our recent US visit. The seat allotment was the worst. We are a family of 4 with 2 kids and we were given different seats in different rows. The staff did not resolve when we were boarding and the cabin crew as well did not facilitate. We requested the passengers but they refused rudely.

I need to change early flight which this was as I had finished my work. I attempted to "manage my booking" on CX website but I must say ?? Impossible. The payment process in China is NOT by international credit card and often won't accept payment. My card is secure pay!!! I took a chance as seats were still selling...

Larger aircraft than most KA flights. My only critics of this is that it's a one a day flight. Recently the and fri later pm extra flight added but surely this is one airport flight for a 2 a day flight. It would save us eating time with a nightly stop over most of the time. Other flight are not...

Why don't Dragonair re schedule this flight to reality?? I don't think I've ever been on it and on time departure . The flight into Xmn is always late. The timing of the XiamenAir flight at 18.15 is much closer to a decent timing. The staff always tell you it's on time when you ask at check in. When you...

Even if one cannot complain about inflight service, reliability of Dragonair is questionable. Already struggling to respect schedules (many travellers avoid short connections if arriving with KA) they seem scared of rain (rain, not typhoons) and build up enormous delays at the first drops of water.

I had the impression Dragonair was a sister company to Cathay Pacific, expecting a similar standard of service; but on this flight especially from Fukuoka to Hong Kong via business class, it was like a circus on board, the flight attendants were simple unprofessional, one of them bordering on being very rude. The team gave me the impression I was...

Yes I flew in a newly painted Cathay Dragon First time and I was really looking forward to a new experience which the website promised?? Same old interior Same Stewardesses with badly creased uniform Same stains on the carpets But a nice new coat of paint Oh Look like we were leaving on time But I should have known better...

It's a good airline but time keeping is awful. Over the last 2/3 months I must have lost 2 days in delays with KA And it is always someone else fault They never accept responsibility or seem to do anything about it Hardly a sorry or ?????
