Disappointed to inform that Emirates is losing their quality!!! Mum went on economy to Delhi in February and promised never to go Ek again. Drop in food quality for sure. Travelled to London on business in March - Airline crew not as attentive as before especially on some sectors. Tired plane A380 out of Gatwick. Non existent communication in Dubai...

If you can afford business or first class do it...the almost 20 hr flight was nothing but pure torture. First time on a long flight and we flew 777-300 Emirates I don't think I could have been any more uncomfortable. The food ....airline food

I had been planning a trip to Dubai/Abu Dhabi/Oman for years. It would have made my 148th & 149th country visited. I choose Pacific Holiday Tours because of their reputation and pricing. Since I use a cane they arranged for an aisle bulk head seat on Emirates. I had never flown them before but would fly them again in a...

Having flown with this airline about 15 - 20 times in the last few years, it would be hard to call of a single experience. When things went on well in the fight, this is definately one of the best airlines of the world. Realistic cost of tickets, good food onboard, friendly air stewards and ground staff that don't harass...

As ever we flew EK MAN - MRU in March. The MAN-DXB leg was in economy on the 2 class A380 and the DXB-MRU leg was in Business class on the A380. Again we had seats 29J/K on the economy upper deck. The 2-4-2 configuration upstairs is much better than the main deck and love the window lockers to store...

The first time we have flown with Emirates. The lounges in Manchester and Dubai were very comfortable and we were impressed with the check in at both airports. We could not fault the seating, meals and entertainment in business class. However, we were very disappointed with the customer service. On boarding my wife was asked if she would care for...
