We booked Emirates to go to Mumbai because we wanted to do stopover and visit Dubai. It was the big boeing airplane and the space was enough and had enough legroom. I will like to recommend Emirates everyone. The service was very good as always.

We just came back from a trip to Dubai and Southern Africa , flying business class on Emirates. The overall experience was excellent. Great service, food, cleanliness of the planes , limo service from/to the airports were punctual. Flying Emirates was an outstanding experience. Highly recommend everyone to experience it.

The flight was a nightmare from the point shortly after we boarded the plane. We had purposely selected our seats, one isle and one window seat and we duly sat down in these. We unpacked the various things like pillow, blanket and headset and got ready for take-off. Then the nightmare started. Ground staff boarded the plane and we were...

We enjoy flying with Emirates due to the reasonable seat pitch in economy class. We also find the service and don't mind the food and beverages either. Highly recommend Emirates for long haul flights.

We have flown this route a couple of times now, and have always found it to be very very good. Our last trip however, was just very good. The disappointment this time was in the quality of the food - my beef filet was quite tough - more like a rump than a filet, and I expected better from Emirates....

The pricing structure of Emirates is higher than competitors, Qatar and Etihad. It is therefore expected to give better service. Their new home at T3 has a small sized lounge for business and first class passengers. Seats are comfortable and the complement of drinks and food is acceptable. It is disappointing that the business class in the boing 777 is...

Flew from Melbourne to Athens. It seemed that the staff were complete amateurs. They did not even try to be helpful. We had a feeling that we were bothering them. Was a long flight and they have never brought the right drink, maybe because one person took orders and another brought them. Mixed up food. One the staff members mentioned...

Now this was a flight I was looking forward to. The hype was that this was going to be the flight to match no other. Well the message was clear the reality less so. Don't misunderstand me it was not a bad flight it was just not that special. Check in was okay, flight was okay, meals, seats, cabin service,...
