Based in Abu Dhabi, Etihad Airways (EY) is the national carrier of the United Arab Emirates. It operates non-stop flights to more than 90 destinations in the Middle East, Asia, Oceania, Europe, Africa, and North America. Etihad's aircraft cabins are configured in a variety of ways, and include The Residence (a three-room suite), First Class, Business Class, and Economy Class. Depending on the aircraft, its First Class may be configured in either their Apartment (A380) or Suite (787 Dreamliner) format. Its Economy Class cabin also offers a variety of different seat types, including their extra legroom Economy Space option. The airline has a First Class Lounge, Premium Lounge and an Arrivals Lounge for use by passengers at its hub in Abu Dhabi International Airport (AUH).

Greats:
1. Aircraft Excellence: Flying on the A350 was a standout experience. The aircraft is remarkably quiet, stable, and modern, ensuring a smooth and comfortable journey.
2. Outstanding Cabin Crew: The cabin crew were exceptional—polite, well-trained, and highly accommodating. Their attention to detail made the flight even more enjoyable.
3. Pilot Communication: The pilot provided timely and accurate information throughout the flight, which gave a reassuring sense of professionalism.
4. Exceptional Dining Experience: The food and beverage selection was impeccable. Every dish was of high quality, and the variety catered to different tastes, elevating the inflight experience.
5. Lounge Facilities in Toronto: The shared lounge in Toronto offers good facilities compared to other airlines. However, it would be even better if Etihad could establish its own dedicated lounge to enhance the overall premium experience.
6. Priority Baggage Handling: As a priority customer, I was impressed with the efficiency of the baggage delivery. Receiving my luggage promptly added to the seamless travel experience.
Can improve:
1. Ground Staff at Check-In: The check-in staff lacked engagement and seemed indifferent. They did not provide any useful information, which was disappointing for a business-class experience.
2. Lounge Information: Despite being a business-class passenger, no one informed or encouraged me to use the lounge. Clearer communication on lounge access would have been appreciated.
Overall, my flight was memorable, and I look forward to traveling with Etihad again.

Wonderful staff on board and lounge at Heathrow

Top notch airline from start to finish lounge at Heathrow was really good there’s a buffet there but you can order A La carte as well food and wines on my flight were first class so all in all a really good experience
