Captain kept us well informed during the flight and I think this was the first time we reached our destination so quickly. We always try to check in online and the counter representatives always make us feel like family when they direct us by name. Our bags were already coming down the conveyer when we arrived! We had seats 44DE...

We did the curbside baggage check and were happy with that. We checked in and printed boarding passes the night before. Everything went smoothly. Everyone was very helpful. We decided to upgrade for the extra leg room. We just have a hard time with airline food.

We purchased and booked 6+ months before our trip only to learn on check in HAL changed equipment and reassigned our seats. When asked to be reassigned we were told to read our contract. When we expressed that we had a choice in choosing air carriers, the snippy service gate 56 agent, replied, "yeah you got a choice". We'll remember...

Hawaiian Air has jumbo planes flyimg from the mainland to the islands. Their planes seem new and gemerally comfortable. In flight movies seem expensive to me. ( about $8.) And screens are in the seat head. The sandwich on the flight over was ok, but on return was horrible. They need some better food options.

We recently traveled from LA to Honolulu and back. We also traveled from Honolulu to Kona on Hawaiian Airlines while in Hawaii. I really have mostly positive things to say about this airline. The airplanes were all very clean, and seemed very updated. All of the employees and attendants were very professional and helpful. One particular ticket agent in Honolulu...

Flying with Hawaiian Airlines is always a pleasure. The plane is usually very clean and with spacious seating, even on short flights. The airline attendants have a good attitude!

We had the new first class pod seating with lay flat seats. Not as many selections for food but what we had was good and being as I didn't have to drive upon arrival I drank my way across the Pacific.

I booked seat 11J on the flight from SYD to HNL recently. Very spacious seat for economy, with no one in front or behind me. It's the first time I've seen such configuration inside a plane. It felt like a private cabin. However, the seat was starting to show its age. The tray table and personal TV were hard to...
