Horrible. Avoid at all cost. Flight delayed 5 hours. Customer service was horrible. Plane old and outdated. Food was inedible. We flew First Class. Honestly nothing good to say.

Hawaiin Airlines sucks. I would have rather stepped on a second sea urchin than have flown with them.
If my only option were to fly through Hawaiin to go to Hawaii again, I would never see Hawaii again.
I have nothing positive to say.

Anti military friendly-anti persons of color

Honest review from active duty service member:
I would highly advise against this airline for ACTIVE DUTY PEOPLE OF COLOR. I was flying in business class directly behind the first class, alone with my new baby (3 weeks old) . I boarded first with military and once all passengers boarded i was asked to give up my seat to a Caucasian woman so that she could sit directly across from her boyfriend. I asked the flight attendant where would they be moving me since i paid extra to sit here with the baby ( seat was paid for 3 weeks prior) . She stated in the back but it would be somewhat spacious. She said there would be no price differences. I said “‘maam I’m military and with A new baby, i paid extra to buy this seat weeks ago” why am i having to give my seat to her if her seat is in the back , she said “ because i said so” the people sitting next to me said “DONT MOVE” everyone around me was Caucasian. Just to avoid any issues i went to the back , and everyone around me felt so sorry and tried to comfort me as i hid behind my tears because i knew why i had to give my seat to this woman. “Because i said so” will always stick with me …i missed out on over $150 for my seat to give it up to a girl wanting to sit with a boyfriend .

Need for serious improvement for food and beverage service

The food and beverage service is maybe the worst I have ever experienced for such a long and costly flight. The main meal was composed of 90% of rice, while the so called breakfast was a muffin, a single cracker with a small piece of cheese and a small tangerine. Beverage service was offered only once.
