The title says it all. This is the first time for me flying with Japan Airlines, and definetely will not be the last. Their stewardess are courteus, and so keen on serving its passangers. I never had a flight where the steward go round and round offering different kinds of drinks each hour during the flight. I think, Japanese culture...

Even in economy class, JAL offers more leg rooms than any other airlines. I was surprised by how comfortable the seats were and very attentive service flight crews provided. Food is nice and unique. They offered some local delicacy on our flight. I would certainly fly with JAL again and highly recommend to others.

Dreamliner is a great place, plenty room, service is great, Movie selection was good. Food was great, loved the Mos Burger for breakfast, a little strange but still nice. Great airline with great service. Wouldn't hesitate to fly again on JAL.

Great direct flight from CDG to Haneda, clean airplane, cost me only 750 euros not expensive if you compare with the prize of ANA and AF in this route. The food was good, personal cabin very nice. I watched great recent movies...The seat was confortable, I'm only 1m81 so I didn't have any problem concerning the legroom. I will fly again...

On an extremely long flight it is important that you feel comfortable - and on our 13 hour flight from Chicago to Narita we felt just that. The flight attendants were very accommodating and spoke excellent English. The seats in the economy class were comfortable and spacious. It was nice that JAL gives their passengers free pillows, blankets, headphones, and...

One of the best airlines I have travelled with! Their flight attendants are one of the most friendliest around! We were well looked after on our flights. Nothing was too much for them and they went out of their way for my daughter. My daughter wasn't too keen on her kids meal, the attendant noticed this and made another meal...

No no no said the flight attendant in the galley, backing away from me with her arms crossed ( meaning no) I actually said " don't panic" because of her actions and the look on her face. Her backward steps took her to the end of the galley where another female attendant appeared. They spoke in their native tongue , with the...

I have flown on and off with Japan Airlines for many years, staff is always courteous and professional. The planes are new and clean. Food and entertainment are usually what you expect from a good international airline. Snacks are laid out for customers to help themselves. What I'm most impress is the amount of legroom that you get even if...

This was my first experience of both JAL and premium economy. It covers 4 sectors - SYD-NRT, NRT-JFK and return Check-in: priority bag drop for online checkin, but PE has priority itself The Aircraft: 777-300 (3 sectors), 787-8 (one sector - NRT-JFK). Overall the 787 was quieter and more comfortable than the 777. The dimming windows on the 787 didn't...
