飛行機を移動中の睡眠の場所と決めている私にとって例えトイレが汚くても、日本食のコメが不味くても、シートが硬くフラットになる限り問題ありません。ベッドとしての機能は問題ありません。Regardless of not-clean at toilet or not-satisfactory of cooking condition of rice, quality of sleeping bed is more than satisfactory and I love JAL.

A great trip from Sydney to Tokyo. Plenty of space in Premium Economy. Friendly and efficient service from the staff on board. Food was fantastic, and plenty of movies to choose from. A relaxing flight that seemed to go by quite quickly.

My flight from nrt to sin left late due to crosswinds at nrt. The cabin was clean. I was assigned a seat separate from my wife and couldn’t change it to Sit with her because the flight was fully booked. The in flight service was average. I still will fly with JAL if it is the best fit for my...

First impression was great as we were walking towards the Economy Check-In counter. We were greeted like VIPs and have our luggage placed on the belt. Then we were shown where to go for a complimentary Lounge access as Premium Economy passengers. The food in the lounge was so so but the beverages were very good. On the return flight,...

We had heard great things about JAL so we're excited about our upcoming trip. We have visited Japan 5 times on different airlines but have to say Air Canada wins for the best service. Both the departing and returning JAL flights were delayed, by 2+ and 1+ hours respectively. JAL's service on the plane was fine, but the menu leaves...

We flew economy, the flight attendants. food, and overall service was great. The seats themselves were comfortable, however the leg room was really limited and especially if you are in a isle seat with the metal box that is attached to the outer legs of the chairs. I understand flying economy means you do have to give up some things...

WOW! Tired of paying for every little thing? Yes? Then this airline is for you. Checked bags NC (No Charge), two great on board meals NC, beer/wine/water NC, Blanket/pillow/headphones NC, Entertainment NC, great customer service NC. I have never had a better experience on a flight and in economy class. Plenty of leg room.

Was unable to secure exit row seats in economy so decided to give premium economy a go as I need the legroom. PE customers do not get any priority boarding but they do get access to the JAL Lounge which is very nice. Was in seat 17K which is the first row behind the business class bulkhead so it has...

Even though I travel quite a bit this was my first flight on the Boeing 787-800 Dreamliner. I booked my flights (except for in-country domestic Indonesia) through American who code shares with Pacific Cathay and JAL for Indonesia. Even though JAL is a partner they would not let me get a reserved seat. Not to worry...when I got to the...

In my previous review, I shared my mixed feelings after experiencing problems with seat selection. On my return trip from Boston, I experienced what another traveler went through - waiting on the line for 1 hour before it was picked up. However, the staff was polite and helpful. She could not change my seat to be seated with hubby but...
