Air Serbia (JU) is the country's largest airline as well as its flag carrier. Etihad Airways (EY) owns 49 percent of the company and the balance is owned by the Serbian government. Travelers also earn points in Etihad's frequent flier program. Previously known as Jat Airways, the airline operates from a hub at Belgrade Nikola Tesla Airport (BEG). It flies to about 40 destinations in Europe, Asia and the Middle East. Air Serbia also has codeshare arrangements with 13 other airlines. The carrier has a fleet of 20 planes, including Airbus A319-100, Airbus A320-200, ATR 72-200, ATR 72-500 and Boeing 737-300 aircraft. Most are configured with a single Economy Class cabin, but some planes also have Business Class seating.
