Our flight from London to Bangkok via Amsterdam was an absolute nightmare. The journey began with stormy weather delaying our flights by several hours. Arriving at Schiphol Airport was pure chaos: we were met with hour-long queues at the information desk, manned by a single overwhelmed staff member attempting to assist hundreds of passengers. Five hours later, we received a text out of the blue informing us we were rerouted to Singapore, with another grueling 8-hour layover. In Singapore, we almost missed our connection to Bangkok because we didn't realize we had to re-check in. To top it off, we arrived in Bangkok without our luggage. While I understand that bad weather can cause delays, the most infuriating aspect was the complete lack of communication. There was no way to get information or assistance from staff. On our return flight, the frustration continued. Due to bad weather, we were transferred to Emirates, but our baggage allowance was not updated. They demanded £1000 to check in our bags, causing delays and earning us fierce glares from fellow passengers. It took two hours of calls to an utterly unhelpful KLM representative, who seemed entirely indifferent to our plight. We were just anonymous passengers stuck with a massive bill because someone failed to tick the right box. Despite these issues, the KLM flight crew were friendly, courteous, and doing their best under the circumstances. However, some of my fellow British passengers were absolutely dreadful, testing the patience of the crew and everyone else around them. The switch to Emirates felt like an upgrade in every way, but the entire experience was marred by the sheer lack of communication and the appalling customer service from KLM.

I bought a KLM/AF ticket from Ottawa to Goa and back. My return journey had a flight from GOI to DEL. KLM cancelled my flight 1. Did not inform me of the change. 2. Did not inform my agent of the change When I called customer service from the airport he accepted that it was a fault with Airlines reservation system. I booked myself on another flight and made in to DEL in time for my flight to CDG. I came home and filed a complaint and claim and they refused the claim stating it was the local airlines fault. I paid KLM and not the other Airlines. Their code share going wrong is not my issues. Them knowing this and not letting me know is a big issue. They don't like to take responsibility. Their agent I spoke to on May 29 was rude and dismissive.

KLM is horrible. Don't waste your money with them I was traveling with 1 year old and they booked my flight. When I landed in India, they canceled my connecting domestic flight. I left on airport, and no one was ready to help. No refund, no alternate option provided

We had "premium" economy seats with ample leg room (though not Business class). The flight attendants were friendly and courteous, food was good, and the flight was very smooth!

Another great flight with KLM - my favourite airline. The feedback concerns the flight KL425 on Monday 20th May (the flight started in Riyadh but my Dream Team started their work at stopover in Damman and took care of passengers until reaching Amsterdam). I was sitting in the first economy row. From the moment Mr Hod came on board in Damman, he welcomed us with a huge smile on his face in the middle of the night. The service was provided by Ms Barbara. This Dream Team how I call them both made the flight very special. Service was great with a smile, without the rush but I also had a chance to discuss some recent travels and exchange some views. The flight was running late but Mr Hod checked my connections, provided the tips how to speed up the customs (speed lane) and allowed us to leave the plane promptly. Thanks to him, I was not worried about my connecting flight, in fact I was not worried at all. The attitude of Mr Hod and Ms Barbara, calm and professional and very friendly approach made the entire journey smooth and without stress. KLM has great staff but some of them are special individuals - My Dream Team deserves extra credits so I am writing this review here but I also submitted it via KLM compliment form to ensure that it reaches KLM Management. Mr Hod and Ms Barbara - I hope I will have a chance to meet you again on board of KLM flights.
