Seats are extremely cramp, confined and uncomfortable. My height is considered as average at 162cm, my knees are almost touching the seat in front of me when sitting up straight. My son and husband at 175 cm had to open out their knees wide and sat up straight for the entire 7 hours of flight. This is NOT ACCEPTABLE! For...

After a great Singapore Airlines business class experience, I went on to try their regional airlines, Silkair's, business class product. After I landed at Changi I walked around to reach my gate that held the Boeing 737-800 that I was to take. Priority boarding was well enforced but near the end, it got rather messy as there were people standing...

What is the purpose of having your customer mobile number in your system? Is to inform them of any possible delays in advance, not only when customer arrived at the airport. You are no better than budget airlines.

Silkair now requires passengers to view movies via their own laptop or phone. What if one have a small smart phone or do not carry a laptop? we cannot watch a movie. So even if silkair provides blockbuster movies if one cannot watch it becomes pointless. 2) Silkair does not have spare charging cables to provide to passengers. Instead cabin...

Singapore to koh Samui as the last part of our trip to Thailand. Both outbound and inbound flight was on time. FA's were professional and provided an excellent service. Two choices of meal offered on this 1.5 hours of flight. IFE system consisted of funny moments but it was ok for that short flights. All in all,it was a pleasant...

Asked for a coke during after take off refreshments since i do not like beer or orange juice but was told coke is only served during meal service 3. A parent spilled liquid on a seat...

Always on time & keeps the passenger well informed. The selection of food choices is decent & the stewardess are polite and friendly. However, BOOK early to avoid paying HIGH price.

We had been to Singapore through Silk air . We had flown economy class from Kolkata for the 4 and half hour trip. It was a late night flight and we had dozed off as soon as we boarded. The crew had brought pipping hot dinner and with Indian and singaporean delicacies. We had a sumptuos dinner and dozed off...

Silk Air is Singapore's regional airline. Clearly the child of its parent it is still a superb airline to fly with. The first difference is the planes are smaller - this flight an A320 - and no vast array of lie flat bus class eats. The attendants, 6 on even this midsize plane, nicely kitted out but not "Singapore Girls"!...

I wrote a not very positive review on my experience flying Cairns to Singapore recently. I've just returned to Cairns on MI811 on 11 Dec, and would like to congratulate the crew for their professionalism and quality of service.
