Domestic part of International flight. Being gold member, I was allowed into the UAL Lounge. Seriuosly mediocre. Limited snacks and dull. They have 3 friendly people at reception, but inside it's sterile. no showers for red-eye retun. Go find the Star Alliance Lounge in Bradley. Well worth the walk.

These are quick flights, under 30 minutes usually. Now have RJs so more like 20. . Flight attendants are always friendly. When you get to DC , if you are GOLD Satr alliance you can use any Star Alliance lounge EXCEPT for United! Why is that? If you are INTERNATIONAL they let you into the UAL lounge, but seriously, it...

Used AMEX points to upgrade to first class and WOW! Great service. Easy boarding on the flight and comfortable seats with video screen. Lots of service from the flight attendants. Meal was actually good. Had downloaded videos and barely knew we had taken off or were in the air. Was certainly a great decision for this flight.

First time on United, was quite impressed with the service - the boarding, as is common across the states, is so laborious - first class, then disabled, then parents with kids, then those special credit cards, those with some 'gold account' then eventually the regular economy folk. It's all a bit silly and takes ages. That being said, they tend...

We booked on Air Canada on points and were put on United as a code share, we would have much preferred Air New Zealand, one of our favourites. We "upgraded" to Economy Plus, our mistake, we thought that was Premium Economy, United does not offer that. No matter what question you asked any flight attendant the answer was "I don't...

We traveled in 3 planes to get from Basel to Frankfurt to Dulles to Philly. I had called a day or so before to arrange for wheelchairs for my mother at check in in Basel and between Flights in Frankfurt and Dulles and to luggage in Philly. Check in went well but we had to walk a ways to the...

We opted to trade in some of our points for a complementary flight(s) from New Orleans to San Jose. We flew first class to Denver and then transferred to a second plane for the continuation flight to San Jose. The seats in first class are very comfortable. The amount of free channels on the TV are good. We opted to...

Upgraded to first class hoping our long flight would start our vacation out on a relaxing note. I have never had less service on an airline in any class of service. It is as if part of United’s training program is how to make your passenger feel as though you have ruined their day. $600 later we had one drink...

We were heading to Las Vegas for a couple days of fun and games. Everything went good with check-in and we boarded the 737-900ER at Chicago-O'Hare. We did have priority boarding, so that worked out great for both of us. The flight was four minutes late in leaving, but was 22 minutes early in arriving at Las Vegas. The staff...

I'm really disappointed in United Airlines piss poor communication today. Altho they had no control over a broken plane, they certainly could have informed us better, especially since they had all our contact information. We waisted almost almost a whole day day at the airport a weren't even given any updates at the airport while waiting. The sassy flight attendant...
