I've traveled with Malindo 3 times. This is the third time, by surprise as we booked through the agent and they did not mention that the collaborating airline was Malindo. Very lousy, connecting flight Penang - Kuala Lumpur - Muscat - Bahrain. So they were part of this. Story started from the check in at Penang Airport. Our bags were...

We had booked a group tour of Malaysia and Singapore through Kesari Tours. Hence when they gave us the tour details, we found that our journey was with Malindo Air. Frankly I had never heard of this airline (I have been an international traveller since 1998). I thought this must be one of those cheap airlines, who squeeze in passengers...

My first time to fly from Delhi – Bali in business class. The service was good with your great cabin crew. Here are some improvements you need: we were delayed both ways by atleast an hour so on time is critical for business people. The options for food when asked was not available even though it was mentioned and finally,...

I was terribly disappointed with the service at Malindo. They treat you like cattle. I asked for a non-veg meal and I was informed that they served only Veg as that is what most people ordered. How presumptuous. On the way back there was Chicken Satay and rice. It was sweet enough to be a dessert. I must say thought...

They say it is a full service airline, I don’t know what they think full service is because what we experienced was far from it! The food was awful, the seats are uncomfortable and the pilot felt the need to say a prayer over the intercom before we took off?!? Then, on the 6 hr flight there was no entertainment...

We chose Malindo airlines because they call themselves a full service airline, flying direct to Bali from Brisbane. Well, they are an airline and they do fly direct from Brisbane to Bali, but full service they are not. Very tiny portions of very average food and 1 or 2 small sippy cups of water did not make this full service....

Worst airline to fly with. They don't have enough food to serve. After serving all the nonveg food to front rows, they told me that they ran out nonveg and enjoy the veg meal with rice and potato curry. And the in-flight entertainment was stuck after few minutes. The service staff was good and seating was not too bad.

Basic food and service on flight. Flight was half full from BNE to dps, so I got 3 seats to myself to spread out. Good choice for the price. Price includes food, seat selection and 25kg baggage. Aircraft used was a 737 which was not as bad as I thought it would be on a long haul flight. Highly recommend...
