Ok its a low budget company so you cannot ask for much. Arrived at Hong Kong Airport for transfer to Malaysia. You need to pass immigration, pick up your bags, change terminal, check in, take two different trains back to terminal 1 where you started. Make sure you have enough time. This due to the fact that Air Asia dont...

The flight was very punctual and fantastic cabin crew service. The plane is clean and tidy. The service for online food was excellent. The landing was perfect. Good piloting for the day. Overall true tagline Now everyone can fly and be safe! Thanks Air Asia.

We were last to get on the flight and other passengers were sitting in our seats, so we were told by the cabin crew to sit further forward in other seats. As the emergency eit’s were not occupied we selected to sit in them. One of the cabin crew then moved us to alternate seats. This in itself is a...

You get what you pay for. Not much leg room, no inflight service unless paid for, but I knew this. If you are on a budget then its fine. Check in was slow in Sydney very fast in Phuket.

It was one of the most pleasant flight compared to the times I have travelled with Air Asia. Noted the changes in maintaining the cleanliness of the surrounding areas and below the seats. I will recommend it to all my friends as it was value for money for the flight and hotel inclusive. The chosen hotel was clean and comfortable.

What else can you say about Air Asia that hasn't already been said. The automated check in doesn't work at T4 in Changi, the baggage system doesn't work. the staff look perplexed as though this is the first time when there are dozens of travellers waiting to be served for the same problems. the boarding is jumbled and disorganised, the...

Very well airlines with beautiful airport and crew so nice and helpful. Self boarding and bags handling make life easy and avoid to much line waiting. Plane is comfort and new. Food is good and not expensive.
