Located about 20 miles west of downtown, Pittsburgh International Airport (PIT) is Pennsylvania's second busiest airport. About 8 million passengers traveled through the airport in 2014. Designated a focus city by Sun Air Express, other carriers operating at PIT include (in order of market share) US Airways, Southwest Airlines, Delta Air Lines, United Airlines, American Airlines and JetBlue Airways. Passengers can fly non-stop between Pittsburgh International Airport and more than 36 destinations in the United States, Canada, Mexico and the Caribbean. PIT has four runways, one helipad, a landside terminal and an airside terminal containing four concourses and 87 gates.
