Small-Group Tokyo Biking Tour

Overview
Biking through the busy streets of Tokyo can seem intimidating, and the roads can be confusing. On this bike tour, your guide—a former professional cyclist—leads at a relaxed pace and helps you make your way through traffic and crowded areas comfortably and easily. Plus, this tour also takes you to the top of the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building for 360-degree views over Tokyo.
What to Expect

Meet your small tour group in front of the Tokyo Opera City Tower. Your guide, who provides a bike and helmet for the ride, knows the best ways around the busy city streets, and ensures that everyone is cycling at a comfortable and safe pace.

Along the route, ride through Tokyo’s side streets and hidden alleys, and stop at several shrines, including the famous Meiji Shrine. If you’re on this tour during spring, you’re likely to see cherry blossoms in Yoyogi Park, too.

Other places you cycle through are Roppongi Hills, Aoyama Cemetery, Tokyo Imperial Palace, Zojo-ji, and the Shinjuku district. Stop to purchase a bento-box lunch (own expense) at a local market.

One of your last stops is at the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building, where you take the elevator 48 floors to the top for stunning views over the city.

Your biking tour ends at the original starting point.

I agree with Paul. Around 6 - 7 hours. The host is very flexible and the tour length will depend on the speed of your cycling and how long you decide to spend viewing each place along the way. Our tour finished just after 4pm
