Overview
This wacky cabaret show at Robot Restaurant, one of Tokyo’s most popular performance venues, often sells out weeks in advance, so guarantee your ticket by prebooking. It features real robots, kaleidoscopic costumes, and high-octane dancing, and offers three showtimes daily to best fit your schedule. This package also includes a complimentary drink on arrival at the restaurant.
What to Expect
Arrive at the Robot Restaurant, located in Tokyo’s vibrant Kabukicho district, 40 minutes in advance of your performance time. Check in and enjoy your included drink in the fabulously decorated reception room. Choose from draft beer, canned beer, sake, canned alcopops, mineral water, and various soft drinks.

Once you’ve been escorted to your seat in the basement, a 1.5-hour performance featuring robots, floats, and one-of-kind choreography floods your senses. Immerse yourself in flashing lights, taiko drumming, and techno music, and watch robots, samurais, and ninjas battle Godzilla and dinosaur robots.

When the performance concludes, make your way out of the venue.

Very interesting and experience

Very odd and interesting you can't experience anywhere else. Eat before and drink before you go is a great suggestion. Seating in tight and you will enjoy yourself someplace else. BUT the show is really odd and you will love it.

Totally Tokyo

We loved it! Its funky and wacky. It is definitely a good time. Eat before the food here is awful. They also only accept cash for drinks, food, snacks and souvenirs during the show. Very entertaining.

Exactly what we expected ... and more!

Seriously over the top - but that's what we were looking for! There are many comments about the lag time between acts, but it was really reasonable and not more than 5 minutes. Sales people were not too pushy, but they definitely did advertise. If...More

Cool but not many robots

I had a great evening! Filled with loads of neon lights, vodka cocktails, robots and nice people! Although I expected more robot's it was still worth it. Do feel that they charge a lot, perhaps too much? It was a once in a lifetime experience...More

One giant obnoxious video game

Robot Restaurant is the height of kitschy tackiness, and if you go in knowing that, you’ll have fun. Everywhere you turn you are bombarded by loud colors, flashing lights and noise. And that’s before the show even starts! Pre-show, you are ushered into a waiting...More

A lot of the places around the Red Light district don't show anything inappropriate from what I saw but I haven't been back in some time. The show I believe varies but there was no nudity or anything like that, just cosplay... More

You do get a drink with most tickets. You purchase the drink before the show. Bar area can be a bit crazy, but they also perform music there as well. I would only recommend getting snacks there, for food. Someone told me... More
