This review does not mean it was a bad tour only that when you have elderly folk it was a little too much walking, my bad for probably not checking. Too long a day. Levin was a good tour guide and very knowledgeable.
The day begins with pickup from select Tokyo hotels or a designated meeting point in central Tokyo. Between each stop, your guide provides commentary crucial to understanding the history and culture of Japan’s capital city.
Enjoy ample free time at the Meiji Shrine, the Imperial Palace, and the Asakusa Temple, and then break for lunch in the Ryogoku Kokugikan, home to the Sumo Museum and stadium. If you’ve opted for the lunch upgrade, you’ll feast on meals designed to fuel local sumo wrestlers.
The next stop is the Tokyo Skytree, where you’ll visit the first observation deck for panoramic views. Pick up souvenirs in the Solamachi shopping district before topping off the tour with a cruise around Tokyo Bay.End your tour with a convenient drop-off at Tokyo Station or Shinjuku Station.
