My daughter and I took part in the cooking with rum class and both thoroughly enjoyed it. Nicole was so friendly and helpful. It was nice to meet other couples from America and cook together. Even nicer to eat together and learn a little about each other, different cultures and experiences. The rum tasting was informative and an added bonus. I would highly recommend this to anyone. Nicole even helped us book another experience in Antigua when our original plans had been cancelled. We were so grateful for the advice and her help.

Nicole’s Table in Antigua and Barbuda was hands down the highlight of our trip! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed like family. The setting alone is breathtaking — perched up in the mountains with panoramic views of the city and the sparkling Caribbean, it felt like we were on top of the world. Nicole and her husband are two of the kindest, most genuine people we’ve ever met, and the way they run the class makes you feel like you’re cooking with old friends. We did the Cooking with Rum class, and the surprise rum tasting halfway through? Absolute perfection! The food, the atmosphere, the company — it was all incredible. If you’re in Antigua and Barbuda, do yourself a favor and book this experience. It’s not just a cooking class — it’s a memory you’ll treasure forever!

To start, the view from Nicole's home is outstanding. Nicole and Adam are warm and gracious people. My husband and I were treated to an outstanding experience in which we learned some cool tricks. (rub your hands with lime after working with starches and the starch comes right off) We cooked, chatted, and felt like old friends.

Thank you so much to Nicole and Adam for opening up your beautiful home and kitchen to make our cooking class one of the highlights of our trip. The hands on was a great experience for all of us. Hubby particularly enjoyed the rum tasting and all of the expertise from Adam. My favourite part was the pure beauty of your home, views and plants and flowers 💐 Incredible! If like us you are looking for something interesting to do rather than lying on a sun lounger all day try this. Nicole makes food preparation easy and cooking fun, followed by a delicious lunch with an outstanding rum cake for dessert. Her husband takes you through a rum tasting and a conversation that could easily go on through the evening. All in the beautiful setting of their home high above St. John’s with views across the ocean to St. Kitts. Highly recommended.

Absolutely amazing. Nicole was wonderful as a host. She has a great knowledge of the island and is a friend to all. We did the curry class and learned much about the different types of curry and their variations. The rum punch is very beneficial for one’s health. It was a great day.

We were welcomed warmly into Nicole and Adam’s home and had a lovely afternoon learning to cook a delicious assortment Caribbean food, with a focus on seafood. We got to know more about life on the island, local cuisine, and the native plants Nicole grows in her garden, like thick thyme. We also got to know our fellow classmates as we worked together to prepare our meal, which we then enjoyed on a beautiful terrace with a stunning view over St. John’s. Overall, Nicole’s table is one of the most memorable experiences we’ve had while travelling and it would be the first thing we’d book if we were to return to Antigua. Thank you Nicole and Adam!

One of the best experiences we've ever had. Nicole's Table was wonderful. We were greeted as we stepped out of the taxi with a big smile and welcome. We prepared and cooked food whilst chatting with everyone, drank lots of rum punch and then sat and had the most delicious meal ever whilst looking out to sime amazing views. Wonderful cooking (and eating) experience at Nicole's Table. I'm a return visitor. This was my third time. Nicole leads us in preparing and cooking out food. She knows her stuff.

Nicole and Adam are wonderful hosts in their lovely home with beautiful views of Antigua. I attended the Cooking with Rum class with my daughter and we had a wonderful time! Great hands on class, cooking and learning how to incorporate rum into your meal. We were educated on all the different types of rum and had some rum tastings. The Rum punch was flowing and the finished meal was excellent! I can't wait to make it at home!

A day cooking with Nicole was an awesome experience. Prior to arriving the communication was excellent. At one stage I was the only one attending so Adam (Nicole’s husband) did his very best to rearrange my day. After many emails we managed to stick with the original date and all went well. The menu was lovely, Nicole went the extra mile when I asked the difference between fried plantain and tostones, she not only explained the cultural origins (tostones was a Spanish influence) but proceeded to talk and walk me through making tostones (not on the menu) so the group could taste the difference. The food was excellent, all cooked by the group under Nicole's tuition. Adam took the group for the rum tasting, when he learned I had drunk some beer d the rums on show he offered alternatives to make sure my experience was new. Nicole’s and Adam’s house is a perfect venue, high up, overlooking the beautiful Caribbean Sea. It’s not a cheap activity but when you consider the cost of eating out in Antigua and the wonderful experience you get it is well worth the dollars. I fully recommend Cooking with Nicole, book it, you won’t be disappointed!

Terrific food! Intelligent, friendly, & welcoming hosts! This cooking class was our favorite excursion of the 2 weeks we were on the island. Everything was well thought out and organized.

The location, at Nicole's house, was beautiful, the cookery was excellent and the hosts were so friendly. We did the Rum cookery and the food was great. Highly recommended.

Spectacular Cooking ClassLisa_W, Jan 2025My girlfriends and I decided to take a cooking class while on our trip to Antigua. We selected Nicole’s Table and chose the Cooking with Rum class. The class was offered in Nicole’s house which is on a hillside with a stunning view of the sea. Nicole and her assistants were very warm and pleasant. Adam presented a rum tasting class which was very informative. Nicole offered rum punch which was the best I have ever tasted. Nicole was very hands and engaging during the class. I even learned some extra cooking tips which was much appreciated. After preparing the meal, we were able to enjoy a delicious caribbean lunch. I would highly recommend the class. It has been the highlight of our trip!
