Loved the entire experience. From the point of check in to get onto the boat up to dinner. The crew for the sunset cruise was amazing and they even had hand sanitizer available before entering into the boat due to the pandemic. We were even able to maintain social distance on the boat because they booked just enough people. The crew members were funny, entertaining, and very interactive with everyone on board. Music was great played multiple genres, and the for the snack we had wraps with either chicken or tuna along with tortilla chip which were really tasteful, and provided unlimited alcoholic beverages and nonalcoholic ones for those who don’t drink. The dinner was 10/10 service was great and food was delicious. Both my husband and I really enjoyed this experience and would definitely recommend it. The experience was so great I almost forgot to mention the sunset which was beautiful.

Great evening enjoying the beautiful Aruba sunset. The crew was professional and attentive, constantly offering all sorts of bite sized appetizers. The bartender was making delicious drinks and the boat was large so it never felt crowded for seating or picture taking opportunities.
Sea side dinner at the Pelican pier was one of the best we have had in Aruba. I had the fish option which was cooked tom perfection, flan for dessert was delicious and chicken wings for an appetizer was a huge portion on its own. JUst the price of the dinner was likely more than what we paid for the cruise and dinner together. THe restaurant is cute, right on the pier. Highly recommend this tour.

Very nice sunset cruise, open bar and spectacular staff! Appetizers and drinks were plenty and the crew very nice and personable ! Excellent overall. Although, very very nice, you can see a perfect sunset from any beach bar in the area.. it’s windy in Aruba.. the boat is extremely windy, realize that before you go.. girls gonna get all dressed up and do their hair? Yeah, that goes away real quick!

Nice cruise. Bartenders were energetic and welcoming! The length of the cruise was good. Ater about the first hour, it became a bit boring. This was much in part to the music that the DJ played. It would have been nice to hear something other than island music. I think diversifying the music to match the diversity of patrons would be a good idea. Natives loved the musical selections and were up dancing the entire time, while others who are not of Caribbean decent were just kinda "there". There is open bar, but nothing top shelf. If you don't care about that, then you'll definitely get your money's worth from drinking the cheap alcohol. Dinner was bad. You are not presented a full menu. It is a preset menu of a few appetizers, entrees, and desserts. I got the grouper bites for an appetizer, filet mignon for entree. My date ordered wings and grilled chicken. The appetizers were the best that we had. The grilled chicken and filet mignon was not good at all. We both only ate a couple of bites and the waiter asked if we were ok. We both stated we were done and that we didn't enjoy the meal. Standard courtesy (from most restaurants) would be to offer something else or at least ask how they could make it better. Sadly, the waiter just took our full plates away and thanked us for coming. Horrible customer service in my opinion. Ultimately, if there is an excursion with just a cruise, I would more than likely book that option only. I do not recommend dinner at the Pelican's Nest.

This was the worst excursion I’ve ever been on. During this time of COVID, the Captain and First Mates did not exercise any type of COVID protocol aboard the vessel. There was smoking, of Cigars, Cigarettes and Marijuana aboard. The alcohol abort vessel was the worst. After we returned to the pier, The food at the Pelican Pier / Pelican Nest Restaurant, was horrible. Everyone in my party of 6 returned there plates of food, and could barely drink the wine that was provided to us.
When we left restaurant, the experience we had during the excursion and eating at the restaurant, we all agreed we will never return to this restaurant or recommend this excursion to any of our family and friends who may come to your Country on vacation.

Here’s the good… our dinner was good and our waiter was very apologetic when he heard about our cruise experience. Grouper bites and salad appetizers were great. Filet mignon was very good and perfectly cooked. Grouper entree wasn’t as good as the grouper bites, but still pretty tasty. The vegetables were quite bland. Key Lime pie is in the fridge! Haven’t tried that yet. Next is the not good part… Teenagers should not be allowed to be drinking under age. They were very loud, and obnoxious. If they become loud and obnoxious they should be asked to cool down some. The music that was supposed to play, we were told was 70’s, 80’s & today. There were a few songs from the 70’s & 80’s (3-4) the rest was music the teenagers loved and they grinded all up on each other in a big group all while singing (yelling) as loud as they could, while they blocked bar. My husband and I love kids (we raised 5!) and like nothing more than to see people have a good time, regardless of age, but this was just too much for us! Open bar should include beer. Crew members come by and ask you if you want something (couldn’t get to the bar because of the underage teenagers camped in front of the bar) then they don’t bring it to you. I would not take this sunset sail again, nor would I recommend it. Others on this trip we talked to as we were getting off the boat felt the same way about the cruise. We didn’t ask them about their dinner. It was a lot of money spent to be so disappointed.

I would definitely change to picture to a more party atmospheric. The sunset was stunning, but be warned it is not a romantic type of cruise. The guys seemed to hit if off with some of the guests that needed a lot of attention, while blasting the music to where we (thank God) had to use our ear plugs to drown it out. Seemed like we missed the party before, because several groups were off to the races (drunk). Spilling drinks all over everyone. Note to self, don't wear white. We asked if they could lower the sound and was completely ignored. We couldn't wait to get off the boat.
I would give dinner a 3 stars. They seemed pleasant, but put all the sunset cruise people in the back with no view. It would fair to split the restaurant in half to allow everyone the opportunity of a view. The food seemed decent, but the staff was a bit out of touch with the patrons.
I do not recommend this tour, unless you want to party and have no view. Aruba is such a beautiful place and plenty of outstanding restaurants to choose from. We'll go back to Aruba, just not this tour.

If I could give 0 stars I would! My husband and I booked this excursion as our last night on our honeymoon and were beyond disappointed! We were under the impression this is a cute, small group sunset cruise as the information they provide stats “maximum of 20 travelers”. One we got on the boat they were well over 50 people there wasn’t even enough seats for the amount of tickets they sold. When I went and asked the lady who checked us in about the amount of guest, I was met with a huge amount of rudeness and very dismissive of my questions. My husband and I never even went on the excursion. I am in the process of trying to get a refund but, nobody is answering my emails or anything. I truly do not recommend this excursion. On top of they make it seem like a nice dinner on the boat/beach, and that is not the case at all. Do your research there is so much better out there this this scam!

I would not recommend this tour. First of all the name of the cruise is misleading. Sunset cruise and seaside dinner, the dinner is not on the boat. And the pictures lead you to believe it’s more romantic than it is. The drinks were terrible and the music was worse. The crew was amazing and alot of these things were out of their control. Once the sunset the boat was pitch black! They could put some soft lights up or something. Once you set sail you’re on the water for 2 hours and then you return to the restaurant on the pier for a dinner with choices from a one page menu. The selection is scarce, the food was blah, and the waiter at the restaurant was rude. Stay away from this one trust me.

Look huge shoutout to the crew they were a ton of fun and this isn’t a slight on them.
The pictures are a bit misleading this is a cruise that’s a bit of a party and sail and then you eat dinner inside the restaurant pictured after. Dinner is not on the boat. And the restaurant has a bland menu for the cruise guests that wasn’t good. Enjoyed it for the view, not what we expected based on the pictures they use here.
