Romantic Sunset Sail in Curacao
From US$49.00
Book your sunset boat tour ahead of time, as experiencing Curacao's sunset from the deck of a boat is a can't-miss experience. Depart the main shoreline, enjoying views of the coast and snapping photos, then proceed to a spot your captain picks for its optimal sunset views. Sip drinks from the open bar, munch on provided appetizers, and feel free to ask the crew any questions about Curacao's history and culture.
What to Expect
Make your way to Jan-Thiel's Pirates Nest Restaurant in time to meet your departing sunset cruise. Step aboard to meet the captain and crew, then enjoy the views as the catamaran sails out into the Spanish Water lagoon. Take in the sights of the mansions and luxury yachts that line the shore and step up to the open bar for unlimited drinks.

The captain will pilot the boat out to Fuikbaai, about 20 minutes off shore, and the best possible place to catch the sunset. Although all of the island's sunsets are great and viewable from the land, there's something special about getting unobstructed views of the sun sinking over the water. Snap photos of your loved ones and get the crew's help in taking photos of you and your group. Once the sun sinks below the horizon, head back to land at a leisurely pace. Snack on chicken and shrimp skewers and plan what you'd like to do for the rest of the evening; the crew will be happy to suggest locations for dinner and drinks on land.

Enjoyable sunset cruise!

Fun, friendly and hospitable staff. Tour began with a cruise around the Spanish Waters to see some of the homes and boats, followed by time out in the ocean, champagne as the sun set and a short sail back. Well worth the cost and time.

There is a visitor information booth right across the Queen Emma bridge from where the ship comes in. Perhaps they could help.
