Malioboro is a busy place, so it's useful to have a guide to introduce local delights without having to walk around aimlessly. Sari was very helpful in sharing information about local food and culture. It would be even better to have a balance of food and shopping activities as we couldn't eat anymore at the end of the walking tour. But overall, it was value for money, and we had a memorable time.

This tour was amazing. Breathtaking, historical temples and so much history. Our guide Dani was awesome. He made our whole day so comfortable - down to extra details like chilled wet towels after a hot hike to the top of Borobudur. His car was also very comfortable for an all day trip. He even found us an Indian restaurant for our vegan Indian parents! Every guide at each tour, and especially Dani, was knowledgeable and gave us an insiders' understanding of the history of each temple. Highly recommend! One of the BEST tours I’ve ever been on, and definitely the best among what I’ve experienced in Indonesia. My driver/guide Hibza was both professional and personable, making spending an entire day with him so much fun. He knew of all of the unconventional spots for photos and videos, where you’d get a good view without the crowd in the background. The ride was comfortable, I felt taken care of throughout, and most importantly as a solo female traveller, I felt safe. Hibza made me feel like I wasn’t just another traveller he’s taking around, but rather someone whose experience he wanted to ensure is the best. I get that sentiment as well from how he describes his approach towards hospitality. Highly recommend this tour company!

The temples were amazing. Very different from each other but spectacular in different ways. Our driver guide, Adit, was great. His English was very good and was full of interesting information. The vehicle was clean and comfortable. We would recommend.

I reserved Borobdur and Prambanan one day tour. JogJakarta is enter in rainy season. I started the tour from 10AM late than usual. So I am afraid from rain. And climbing to the top of Borobdur is severe time interval. But my guide Thomas made very good plan. So I could take splendid experience. At Borobdur I enjoyed very much under fine weather. But the way to Prambanan, it was strong rain fall. But Thomas drived car very well. And I could visit Prambanan before close time. In addition He explained to me politely and indicated good photo points. So I could take good photos in the rain. Under limited time and bad weather He guided me very well. Thank you very much Thomas.

Dani was a knowledgeable and kind guide. He has a good grasp of English and was able to share a lot of history and religious information with us. He is also an excellent driver: we were picked up on time in a quality MPV and had a constant supply of bottled water all day. We really enjoyed the tour with Dani and would happily recommend him to others.

The visit to both places was amazing. Our driver, Irfan, was superb. He went out of his way to make the day extra special, nothing was too much trouble for him. He ensured we had exist and knowledgeable guides in both places. Jono, in Prambanan was exceptional, his knowledge exceptional and he is a gifted story teller and kept us fully engaged. Irfan has extensive local knowledge, took us to an amazing restaurant and cafe, that are tucked away and would easily be missed by persons without local knowledge. He was kind, respectful and an excellent driver ensuring we were comfortable and safe the whole day. Habzeh was a great driver and guide. He was punctual, helpful, amicable, and patient. The full day tour is a great way to see the cultural sites in one day. Note, there is a small fee for tour guides inside the temple grounds for Prambanan. There is enough downtime in between sites during transit to enjoy Luwak coffee, rest and eat lunch if desired.

A great tour to see both the Borobudur and Prambanan temples in a day. Our guide Maxi was very hospitable and flexible. He was able to give us a lot of insight on the culture and history of the sites.

The Borobudur and Pembranan temple complexes are both impressive and worth the trip. Our driver Dani made the history of both places come alive with his stories about the builders. I could have read the books on them but hearing the narrative from a local added colour to our experience. The Gourami fish dish for lunch was icing on the cake.

Excellent tour. The guide and driver, Aditya, was fluent in English and was supportive, and helpful. I learned a lot about Indonesia history and culture through our discussions while going around. I highly recommend the full-day tour to visit two famous religious and historic sites, Borobudur and Prambanan temples. Worth stopping by Yogyakarta (for the locals Jogja) if you are in Indonesia.

We took this tour with Didik, he contacted us via WhatsApp beforehand and was very punctual. Didik was very knowledgeable and explained all the stories about each temple we visited. He also brought his own camera and took some lovely photos of my husband and I. Which we were so grateful for, as being just the two of us is difficult sometimes. We really enjoyed this tour. The temples were amazing, definitely recommend going to the top of Borobudur temple. Everything was organized well and it was really convienient having a private tour. Thomas was a great guide and driver, he was kind and knowledgable and made this tour even better. He took a lot of nice photos of us. I recommend this tour and would do it again!
