Our sailboat is comfortable and cozy. My husband and I are marine biologists and our entire crew is trained to give you the best tour of the Sea of Cortez. The sailboat was once our home and now we want to share it with everyone so they can live the sailing experience.

A friend and I signed up for this trip thinking that a) we would be sailing (it is a sailboat, after all), b) the owners or someone to guide us would be on board, c) we would visit several sites on Espíritu Santo island, spending the entire afternoonon and around the island, and

Hi Eilen, Thank you for your review, like I mentioned all of your reviews are important to us. I want to make it clear that you hired this trip OUTSIDE of tripadvisor, this is an important point since we charge MORE here becasue of comissions and we provide food on the tripadvisor trip for a price of $300 USD per person and shared trip. Yours was a PRIVATE trip which costs the equivalente to $316 USD total (of which you still owe $16 USD that you never paid because didn´t like the exchange rate which is the normal exchange rate here, 1USD=18 MXN) Like I also mentioned I go on the trips when I can but NOT always because as you said I am the owner and have many things to manage, but our crew has always been more than enough for our clients because we do not offer a guide on the trip for the rate you paid,we offer sailor and captain (And for the price listed on tripadvisor experience we do offer a guide because we charge more). Rewarding the sailing, this is a matter of weather, sometimes the weather is good for sailing, sometimes it isn´t. Espiritu Sant Island is HUGE so yes, we only visit one main bay so that you get a chance to do everything you did (Or should´ve done) like kayaking, snorkeling, going to the beach, etc. I´m really surprised about your experience with us since you´re the first clients EVER to complain, I don´t know what your expectation were. I urge you to look up other PRIVATE SAILBOATS in La Paz and see their rates, ours is at a very affordable rate and with great service provided(As you can see in ALL our other reviews). I invite you to next time you book an experience, read the information fully and check the rates properly before booking. I will, like I mentioned, try to make it even clearer to my clients what it is that we offer. Again, YOU ARE THE FIRST CLIENTES EVER TO COMPLAIN ABOUT OUR SERVICE AND TO MISUNDERSTAND WHAT WE OFFER. Thank you.

My wife and I had a great time at Isla Espiritu Santo. The boat is great, the captain and mariner are very friendly and made us feel at home. We explored the island on a kayak and saw many fish when snorkeling. They also caught some "almejas" and prepared them on the boat for
