Fabulous experience
Oct 2021 • Friends
Tony was our guide and he was fabulous. Our walk was full of information, he had great stories to bring all of the information to life and shared his knowledge in a fun and engaging way. I highly recommend taking this tour as a great introduction to Cambridge. Tony is a true expert and has huge enthusiasm for his City.

Must do in Cambridge
Sep 2021
The walking tour of Cambridge was educational, funny and fun. Tony Rogers made the trip fun and we learnt a lot from him. He was knowledgeable and humourous and I would recommend this tour to anyone who wants to learn about the Cambridge University with lots of fun and Tony had a great sense of humour.
Very enjoyable and gave us food for thought to get more information about all the very famous people who attended and got Nobel prizes and recognition.

Top tour - very enjoyable and informative, well worth the charge
Aug 2021
We have been on numerous guided walking tours in the UK and Europe, both free and paid for.
Tony's tour of Cambridge was outstanding - as good as, if not better than, the best.
There were just seven of us (including four doctors!) and he ensured we were all actively participating.
He could be clearly heard, and was entertaining, well-paced, with splendid use of humour, and shared much of his apparently limitless knowledge in an engaging way.
Can't recommend this tour highly enough.

Brilliant walking tour of Cambridge
Aug 2021 • Couples
This was our first trip to Cambridge. Our hotel, The University Arms, offered a walking tour with Cambridge Tour Giudes (foc).
It was fantastic. Our guide was Tony Rodgers who kept us all laughing and very interested over the one and a half hour tour. His knowledge of the history of the universities and the many humorous stories attached made for a memorable time which we would highly recommend.

GREAT TOUR - GREAT GUIDE
Aug 2021
We booked a walking tour via Groupon and met our guide Tony in Rose Crescent. There were about 10 people on our walking tour and Tony delivered his great knowledge in an interesting manner with lots of humour too. It was so interesting to hear about the history of the colleges that we visited over the 90 minutes. We would thoroughly recommend this walking tour and thank you to Tony - a great guide who obviously loves his subject.

Fascinating walking tour covering Town and Gown
Aug 2021
Our guide Pamela had an infectious enthusiasm for the town and was a graduate of the university. She led us on a fascinating tour taking in the sights and history of the town and the university. The 90 minutes sped by and we were left much wiser as Pamela had a thorough knowledge of the history of the town and colleges and was able to answer any questions. I would thoroughly recommend the tour to tourists of all ages visiting this beautiful city.

Ghost tour!!
Aug 2021 • Friends
Booked a ghost tour at dusk last week and it was brilliant! Such a laugh, Tony the guide was fantastic - great outfit - lovely man, full of knowledge and made it really fun! Just over an hour, went around some of the most haunted sites and the stories from fact to folklore were very interesting! Also seeing Steven Hawking's House was a great surprise! Would definitely recommend for anyone visiting, for any size of group.
