Overview
There’s so much to explore in rural England, but to get to all of its top attractions can be difficult without renting a car. This guided tour from London takes you to Stonehenge, Bath, Windsor, and Lacock with hassle-free, round-trip transport, and it offers you a guide who can enhance your visit to each famous site. Plus, an admission ticket to Stonehenge, as well as a traditional pub lunch are all included. You can also upgrade your experience for a visit to Windsor Castle.
What to Expect
Make your way to the group’s meeting point in central London, and board an air-conditioned coach for the ride out of the city to Windsor.

While in Windsor, you’ll enjoy a walking tour of the town that lies on the Thames River. If you’ve upgraded your experience, skip the walking tour and head to Windsor Castle for a visit.

At Windsor Castle, you’ll arrive early enough to beat the often-large crowds, and embark immediately on a guided tour including St. George’s Chapel and the State Apartments. Ask any questions about the castle’s long history and the royal family before boarding the coach, now bound for Stonehenge.

Take in the countryside views on the way to the Salisbury Plain, where the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Stonehenge stands. Learn about the prehistoric structure’s possible origins and meanings.

Travel on to the medieval village of Lacock for a traditional pub lunch. In a historic eatery, dig into authentic English pub fare, refueling for the rest of your tour.

Next up is the city of Bath. Remain on board the coach for a tour of the city, including commentary from your guide on the Pulteney Bridge and the Royal Crescent. Then, disembark for a guided walking tour around Bath Abbey, the Roman Baths, and some of the city’s famous 18th-century buildings.

After a full day of sightseeing, you’ll be transported back to London for convenient drop-off.

Please note: The order of the visit may change and lunch may be replaced by supper.

All good but the lunch.

tour was as expected and described in the details. However, lunch was not very good. Would suggest having them pick a different venue in the future.

Brilliant!

The tour results were more than I expected, and it turned out just as described. The coach was new. They got us to Windsor Castle early enough to get in queue before the large crowds arrived. Our guide, Steve Maynard was very organized and made...More

Exactly as described - and a lovely day

We had a great day. That said, it is not for everyone. Cons: -Busses are busses. These are very nice, but no toilets, and they were full, so no empty seats for stretching out. -this is a lot to see in one day. Would have...More

Top value

Best tour manager we have ever had. He was clear and made sure everyone was welcome and informed. He needs a pay rise.

Not really to be honest - we did eat and then had a bit of time to walk around (maybe a 10 minute walk).

Hi, I agree with the other comments. You can see the changing of the guard in London if you really want to, I would just focus on the staterooms. Enjoy

You can see it. There's a rope around it, so you can't touch it. The rope is low enough that it won't block views. You can walk around though for better pictures.
