This was a great tour made even better by Alan our tour guide. He was really informative, but more importantly had a great personality. Laughs from start to finish. Our driver Dave was great ensuring we got there in time to be first in line and the return trip was great despite heavy traffic. Lunch was really good at St George’s Tavern. We were dropped very close to the pub and they made sure others were dropped where needed. A really great day out!!!

The Victoria Coach station was a bit chaotic in the morning; hard to hear announcements and almost missed the bus because I never heard them call for boarding. We were late leaving the station, probably due to all of the confusion. Windsor Castle was okay. There was essentially no line for people to self-guide through the state apartments. But the line to see Queen Mary's doll house was very long and about a 45 minute duration until we could get in. The doll house is very large, quite exquisite in construction and detail and sealed in a glass case. It's in a room by itself, adjacent to the state apartments. I have no idea why there is a separate line to see this. They only let a few people in at a time, but I don't think that's necessary. The castle grounds are beautiful. St. George's Chapel is lovely, but no photos allowed inside for some unexplained reason. The lunch in London afterward was at a different place than specified, but it was delicious, the service was good and we all enjoyed it. It was a nice day with a very rough, late start.

We did this tour on our last day and it was a great ending to a wonderful week-long vacation in London. We opted for the lunch at the end of the tour, but it wasn't neccessary because there were several other dining options available. My husband was disappointed with the fish & chips that was served. I don't eat seafood, but they allowed me to select another meal..."Toad in the Hole" was outstanding!

We purchased the half day trip to Windsor only and adored our time. Our tour guide Jason was very informative and hilarious, plus we were first in line for the group tours! So they did an awesome job getting us into Windsor.
If you look on your ticket/email confirmation it should state the bus terminal to meet at, ours was 19 & 20. Once arrived, there was a person from the tour company that told us exactly which terminal and where to stand. Next we loaded the bus and we were on our way.
FYI they allow cold food and drinks with lids on them inside the bus, just in case you want some coffee.
Next we got to Windsor and Jason told us half day Windsor people to meet underneath the clock and another bus would pick us up at 1. The other bus arrived at 12:58 and we were on our way to St. George’s Pub.
All you have to do is go to the bar and show them your voucher (which they give you once you load the morning bus).
I would do this trip again if I go back to Windsor and would recommend this to friends and family.

The Victoria Carriage Station is unorganized. Not much they can do about that I assume.
Bus ride was nice. Coming back, the bus was late due to traffic but it was bank holiday. Wasn't hungry when I got back so skipped the lunch. Tour could have been an hour longer due to long ques.

We booked the Windsor, Bath, Stonehenge and dinner in Lacock tour and to be honest it was the most fantastic day. It was a busy tour but we saw a lot of the country side and Steve our guide was so informative and the best guide we have ever had. Our bus driver Fernando (Romeo) was a very
good and careful driver and very polite.

This was an easy way to see Windsor and the Castle. The time allowed was plenty to see both. I would recommend not booking the lunch and doing that on one's own. Great tour guide.

Andrew(guide and Abdul(Driver) were excellent hosts for the trip. They were always on time, reminders were always given about what to do as to not get lost. Friendly and courteous. Andrew had stories that would last forever that makes him an excellent tour guide. Abdul made sure we arrived earlier than we expected ending the tour on a happy note. If you have the oppurtunity to have these guys under premium tours, rest assured your tour will be a lot of fun!

With the heavy traffic and long line ups for security, we finally got into the castle at 1030. We shared the bus with others who had booked the full day excursion to include Stonehenge and Bath. Those that did must have had to run through the castle and Chapel to get back to the bus on time.
Definitely use the audio guide - it gave so much interesting information.
The Doll House was closed so we had ample time to see the castle and St. George's Chapel.
Lunch was not a hit - very bland but the pub was clean and the staff very friendly.
I think that it would have been more fun to have lunch in the town of Windsor so that we could have had time to investigate the town a bit.
The buses were very comfortable and the drivers pleasant.

HI, Why aren't there any reviews for 2020, 2021? I know we are all struggling through Covid, but I am assuming tourists have been coming to London and someone has taken this tour in the last two years. I am looking for recent reviews. Thanks

Hi, I am looking into this tour. We are 2 adults who are over 60. The website won't let me put in 2 seniors. It says you have to have at least 1 adult.
