Itinerary

Guests meet their plunger-wielding guide at Waterloo Station outside the toilets (opposite platform 19). The 1.5 mile walk winds across the Golden Jubillee Bridge and through Covent Garden to finish at Aldwych Circus. Tours last 1.5 to 2 hours depending on the walking pace of the group. Along the way visitors will take in classic London sights from a different perspective, learning about public toilets and the people that need and provide them. Along the way they will enjoy stories from a dynamic and engaging guide, and have the opportunity to share their own tales of adventure. Small group sizes make the tour an intimate experience!

Guests have said:

“I've been visiting the area for 35 years and yet almost everything that was pointed out on this walking tour was new to me. Highly recommended for something different, cheap and a bit of a laugh.”

“I spent the rest of the weekend relaying the fun stories and anecdotes to anyone who would listen. Can't recommend this tour enough.”

“…this tour is worth it just for the looks you get from passers by as you follow a woman proudly holding up a plunger.”

We had a lovely time on our tour with Jennifer! She is an excellent guide, with a lot of knowledge about the loos in Bloomsbury. We ended the tour in a pub with - you have guessed it - amazing loos! I worked in the...More

A Tour with a Difference

A well constructed tour, both interesting and hilarious, led by Katie brandishing her trusty plunger through the streets of London on a day when Gay Pride, the England match and the sunshine brought more onlookers than normal!! There is nothing this girl doesn't know about...More

Amazing tour, very informative but in a fun way and absolutely unique. You'll never go wanting to spend a penny and not being able to ever again in the centre!

Unique tour

From the start Katie was interesting informative and engaging guide leading us from the Southbank to the Savoy telling the past present and future of relieving yourself in the city. London Pride and the football gave some added emphasis at various points. Highly recommended tour.

This is a brilliant and fun way to spend a few hours. Recommend it to everyone to go. Rachel was so entertaining and we came away with so many quirky facts. The earlier rain and thunderstorms held off during the tour too. Thank you for...More
