Experience the magic of the world’s most famous wizard on a 2-hour Harry Potter walking tour of Edinburgh, perfect for families with kids. Alongside your Potter-mad guide, you’ll explore the winding streets and mysterious alleys that inspired J. K. Rowling to create the iconic wizarding world, and see filming locations featured in the movies. Plus, tick off top Edinburgh attractions such as the Royal Mile, Edinburgh Castle, and Princes Street.
What to Expect

Your magical tour begins at 3pm by the gates of the Museum on the Mound, located in the heart of Edinburgh's Old Town, where you’ll greet your guide and immerse yourself in the wizarding world of Harry Potter.

Wander through the historic streets of Scotland’s capital, listening to Harry Potter trivia, insider gossip, and what inspired J. K. Rowling to create one of the most popular literary franchises of all time.

At Castlehill, you’ll see the graveyard home to the final resting place of ‘He Who Shall Not Be Named’ and marvel at the original Diagon Alley facade. Wander down the Royal Mile, head into the bustling shopping district of Princes Street, and admire the Gothic grandeur of Edinburgh Castle.

After two hours, your tour concludes on Edinburgh’s Royal Mile.

Harry Potter walking tour shows also nice places where you normaly never would go

Monique did give an excelent tour with very detailed stories around JK Rolings and Harry Potter. Besides the stories you also see different interesting places of Edingburg where you normally won't go as a tourist.
