Giant's Causeway and Carrick-a-Rede Rope Bridge Day Trip from Dublin
Tick off Northern Ireland's top attractions in just one day during a stress-free tour from Dublin, ideal for travelers with limited time on the Emerald Isle. Included entrance fees and round-trip transport means you'll save time planning ahead, and convenient transport between dispersed landmarks such as the Giant’s Causeway and the Carrick-a-Rede Rope Bridge allows you to focus on the scenery rather than the roads.
What to Expect
This tour starts with pickup in central Dublin in the early morning. Once you board your coach for the day, relax on the ride over to Belfast.

Once you arrive in Belfast, get about 45 minutes to explore the city center before moving on. Your next photo-op stops include the Dark Hedges, one of Ireland’s famous filming locations from the hit TV show Game of Thrones.

Afterward, head toward the Giant’s Causeway. At this UNESCO World Heritage Site, enjoy almost two hours wandering the grounds. Your guide tells you many popular legends about the area as you go. You can also eat at a nearby hotel if you’re hungry during this time (own expense).

Then it’s off to Carrick-a-Rede Rope Bridge to cross with your admission ticket. Take in stunning views over Ireland from above the water.

Lastly, you will be dropped back off in Dublin city center at the end of your tour.

We took the Giant’s Causeway, Carrick-a-Rede rope bridge, Dark Hedges and Belfast tour. These places are amazing and definitely worth going (even though that day was rainy), note that some places are windy and slippery, would recommend wearing windbreaker and waterproof shoes. I believe it may be a bit much for her, and the rest stops are not long enough, usually there is crowding and waiting at the rest stops. The bus is on a schedule that it has to stick to, so you may feel rushed with her. It... More
