Highlights
  • Round-trip transportation from Dublin means no worrying about renting a car
  • Live commentary on board the double-decker bus during the journey
  • Admission to Malahide Castle and guided tour included
  • One loop on a hop-on hop-off Dublin bus tour is included
What to Expect
Depart Dublin on a double-decker bus with wraparound windows, giving the best possible views of the scenery on the way to Malahide Castle. Head for the North Coastal area of Clontarf, passing Bull Island on the way to Malahide Castle. With included entry, you walk right in and embark on a guided tour. Listening to commentary during the tour allows you to learn much more about the 800 years of history than you would exploring on your own. After the tour, head for the quaint fishing village of Howth, where you have time to look around independently. This combination of guided and free time portions of the tour appeals to a variety of travelers. Aboard the bus, travel back to Dublin, where you can choose to participate in one loop of a hop-on hop-off tour, included in your package.

Thank you for the rating and that you found one of our other tours entertaining and helpful or seeing more than just Dublin city. We are also sorry that you didn't have enough time in Malahide and Howth, we will try to get extended stays in the places but our buses have to be on schedule for the other tours throughout the whole day.

It was a nice choice for a visit from Dublin. Small neat castle - a family residence for generations. Very well preserved and nicely maintained. Our guide was awesome too.
