Overview

Taste six varieties of Irish whiskey during this tasting tour of Dublin. Follow a whiskey connoisseur and learn about the history of whiskey in Ireland while visiting three notable bars. Sip whiskey at Dingle Whiskey Bar and Bowes Lounge, near scenic Trinity College, and conclude your tour at The Palace Bar, once the home of Dublin’s original whiskey society.

What to Expect

Meet your guide in Dublin city center at Dingle Whiskey Bar. Designed to showcase Ireland’s extensive whiskey selections, this bar is the first stop on a whiskey tasting tour of Dublin.

Begin with an introduction to Dublin’s whiskey culture and try two samples of smooth Irish whiskey. The tour continues at a historic pub, Bowes Lounge, to try two more prime-quality whiskeys.

The tour finishes at the Palace Bar, home to Dublin’s original whiskey society, located in Temple Bar (the cultural quarter of Dublin). Sample two final premium whiskeys, selected by your guide, and learn about the history of whiskey and distilleries in Dublin and across Ireland.

After the tour, continue exploring Dublin independently from a prime position in the heart of the city.
