Don’t by the pass unless you know you can use it
I bought this pass in 2019 when I was there. They had a bus stile so I was unable to use it. They told me I had a year Neil it expired. Clearly covid hit in 2020 and I never got to use it and they wouldn’t refund me money. I travel a lot and this was not something I would ever buy again

Would Recommend getting the Four Day Pass
Oct 2019
i would recomment the four day pass as we got the three day pass and there were so many museums and attractions and for the third day you only get the attractions and the Hop-On Hop- Off if you saved it. The Lourve and Versailles have to be done on different days because of the amount of time they take. You have to pre-book the Lourve and Versailles is a fair distance away. The Seine River Cruise which is great can be done at night along with the Tower. Look for the Eiffel Tower light show when you are at the Tower.

Only provider to not refund
Mar 2020
We were eagerly anticipating our trip to Europe and then it became apparent that it was not going to take place. We were about 13 days outside of the 30 day standard refund period, but in a very smug tone we are told an exception is being made and we have 2 years to use our passes. It is questionable since our circumstances have changed that we'll make our trip before these passes expire. We need the peace of mind of a refund as ALL other providers have offered in these challenging times. Can't recommend!

Must get this if your in Paris more than 3 days!
This was the best thing we could have done! With the Paris Pass you get a three day metro ticket and a 48 hour museum pass, the Paris pass is three days as well. As soon as you scan any of the passes they are activated. When you go to the Louvre you need go onto the Louvre’a website and schedule or book a time to enter. This is important. Also, when going to Versailles you can use your metro pass to get there but you have to buy a 1.90 euro metro pass to get back.

Not worth it during the busy season
Jul 2019
Probably like most people, we thought this was a great deal. However, most attractions still give out assigned times and this card puts you into the general line. We tried to get into the Louvre, as it is marketed as “Skip the Line” - when everyone else has the same pass it still creates a line. Plus, the louvre sells time-specific tickets, so the day we went all time slots were sold out and not one with a general pass (like the Paris Pass) was getting in.

Value is Subjective
Jan 2020
You really have to be pushing yourself quite hard to get to enough attractions to make it worth the while. Hop On bus saved us since there was the general strike going while we visited. It was kind worth it but maybe i would have saved money without? 50/50 call on that. It's also not good for the Eiffel Tower, so there's that.

Not worth it
Do not do it especially the 6 day it has to be consecutive days. Even if you went to 3 -4 attractions you’d never make all 60. Plus many of the attractions you can order in advance and skip the lines . Which is how they get you. Eiffel Tower is not included. And you can order tickets way in advance if your visit and skip the lines. Plus they tell you you can enter attractions as many times with the exception of the big bus., not true you can enter only once.
All in all very disappointing and very expensive.

Thank you for taking the time to write your review, yaffaj2015. We are sorry for the confusion this situation may have caused you. In this case it is important to mention that on our FAQ's it states that the Paris Pass is valid for the duration of the pass purchased; ie, 2, 3, 4 or 6 days. As you mentioned, these days must be used on consecutive days. Also, The Paris Pass only allows single entry to each attraction. Repeat entry is not allowed. If you need further assistance or you have any other question, please feel free to contact our customer service team at the phone number: 1 (877) 714-1999 or by email: contact@gocity.com. Kind Regards.

The card expires earlier
Feb 2020 • Friends
The card is supposed to be available 48 hours from the moment you activate it (this note is written on the card as well). We bought a 2 day pass and activated it at 13:02 on Wednesday. Friday at 10:00 we wanted to use the metro travelcard and we had the surprise that the travelcards were already expired. We bought another ones for metro and went to visit the Aquarium and we were informed there that the visit cards were also expired. Be careful at this since you will need to spend more money and re-visit your schedule due to this kind of poor services. Unprofessional!

In this case it is important to mention that on our FAQ's it states that your pass will be activated as soon as you go to your first attraction, or activate it on any public transport, so be aware that if your pass is activated at 1pm or in the evening, this will count as your first calendar day. birthday visit for my daughter
Nov 2019
This is a brilliant way of seeing Paris Open top bus bit cold in November but was worth it. We had already done the river version of this last time we were in Paris and that again was well worth the money which included a show.
I would recommend this and the price was not too expensive for what you get.

Dec 2019 • Friends
This type of tour is great. The problem I have is that they don’t have any focus on a good customer experience. I took one of the early tours, the seats on the upper open decks were sopping wet. Why would that problem not be addressed so customers would not have to sit in soaking wet seats?
