A wonderful day in the Provence
Jun 2021 • Couples
We loved our trip with "à la francaise Provence". The staff was very accommodating, especially our guide Remy who was funny, very informative and very kind. He gave us alot of good tips for our overall vacation and explained very well various aspects of French culture, language and landscape. And he spoke both English and Spanish. Our trip was well organized and allowed us to see different sites we would otherwise not have been able to reach without a car. He also followed the covid-hygenic measures which was important to us. Would recommend.

Loved Les Baux and the Pont du Gard. Avignon was a bit quick considering the size of the pope’s palace. Nice to include wine tasting.

Greg made a great day for us - just a wonderful guide
Jun 2019 • Couples
There was a heat wave and we were fortunate to have a great guide (Greg) who went out his way to make us as comfortable as possible. Greg was also a mountain of information of information he knew the history of the area and had a way of telling us in an exciting way so he did make it very interesting. Greg went out his way in every aspect from always handing us bottles of water to making sure we were okay. I cannot recommend Great more highly I have absolute respect foe him as he is one of the best guides I have ever experienced anywhere in the world. If you go to Aix en Provence please book Greg you will have a wonderful day.

A wonderful day in Provence
Sep 2018 • Friends
An early start from Marseille but well worth it! A small group (six of us) and a comfortable minibus. Our guide, Greg, was excellent. Very knowledgable and interested in his subject, happy to answer questions, and with perfect French :o) and very good English. Greg made the day both memorable and enjoyable. Finally, his knowledge of the local roads enabled us to avoid a nasty traffic jam en route! And we won't mention the rose at Chateauneuf du Pape :o))

Incredible Structure!
May 2018
It is stunning to look at the acqueducts and realize that they were built long before the tools and equipment that we have today and before there were computers and engineers to design such magnificent structures! What an amazing sight!

Pont du Gard a day out for beauty and interest
Oct 2017 • Couples
This is an ancient (Roman) aqueduct, to which a bridge was later added.
One starts the trip with a whiz round the museum, which gives the history of the place, and a film, which is to my mind rather poorly done, and is just series of flyovers. (Drones?)
A short walk to the bridge, which is scenic, then the bridge, on which one can walk, then go down to the river or up to the top.
All are spectacular. I liked the walk to the river bed the best.
