We spent over $600 for what was supposed to be a full day guided tour of Luberon with an English speaking guide. The guide showed up 30-minutes late and could barely speak English. He dropped us off at our first stop, read a blurb about the village and told us we had 20-minutes which was not enough time to do anything. I felt bad for the guide, who I don’t blame at all as he was sent by the tour company and was doing the best he could. The timing was poor for the whole day as we finished 2-hours early, which explains why our stops were so short. The region and towns were beautiful, but the tour was disappointing

Dear Kevin,
I get your review information right now. I am very disappointed too. My colleague was supposed to guide you but he finally had something better to do, even if he told me he was sick... He sent his apprentice... My apprentice sent his apprentice !!! If you did call me right after this day, I could drive you the next day for free, and not pay him.
Anyway as it is too late now to do anything, should you come back one day in the close future, and I really hope so, I would be happy to drive and guide you to recover this lost day, or maybe you could have a friend travelling in the area...
