I booked this through Get Your Guide but did not receive the link from My Top Tour so did not have QR codes to scan for the audio guides & entry. A helpful assistant at the audio guide stand called & managed to get My Top Your to send me the email they had failed to do in advance. Audio guide very good & tour mist interesting let down by a difficult app & poor service.

I wish google will have also ( X ) instead of stars . This is the tour company that can disturb your trip.
Me and my family paid 122 Euro and no clear communication about meeting point. They meet in resturant where no one knows anything about them . They dont answer phone call despite my repeated calls . We found another Canadian family there. We went to their office together but was closedI asked for refund but even the one from customer service blocked me and didnt want to refund me .
I hope if some one care about this company to do something

I was charge 30 euros for a ticket that didnt even include the main palace. The audioguide (supposedly to be included) I had to pay for on arrival.
When they scanned my ticket they confirmed it was only the regular 7Euro ticket which I could have simply bought on the door...so this is a total SCAM.
AVOID!!!!

I booked a guided tour of La Alhambra including the Nasrid Palaces at their kiosk behind the Cathedral.
When the tour started we were told the tour only included the Alhambra grounds which were open and free to tour so no guide or fee needed to enter.
Several other people on the tour also though the fees paid includes the palace.
The guide they sent Natalia said she was freelance and did not work for My Top Tour so had no idea about what they offered or sold. I stayed on the tour briefly but left in disgust after she mentioned a good film on the Alhambra but could not remember the name of the film and when asked what the hand above the main entrance meant, said it represents the five pillars of Islam but when asked by someone what they were said I don't remember. We had to tell her.
A poor guide who clearly did not care.

SCAM - DO NOT USE THIS RIP-OFF COMPANY! We were charged 25Euros each online (99 Euros for four adults) to enter and see only the gardens and Generalife with audio guide. Tickets at the door would have cost 7 Euros each - a fact that I only discovered on arrival at the ALHAMBRA.
In addition, subsequent to booking, I did not receive any actual tickets from this DISHONEST COMPANY - only a confirmation which looked like a group ticket. On arrival at Alhambra a kind guide explained it was not valid for entry and called Top Tours for me to ask them to WhatsApp our tickets.
It was at that point that I also only discovered that we would all need our physical (not digital) passports to gain entry, despite having provided full passport details to My Top Tours at the time of booking. It took an hour finally to get into the Alhambra, after a lot of requesting to accept our digital passports. The tour operator should have told us what we needed. DISGRACEFUL. STAY AWAY!

People: These scammers make you thing that you are buying your tickets from the organization itself, and only after you but do you realize you have been scammed and payed at least double the price, for absolutely no reason AT ALL. Do no fall for this SCAM, they do not do anything, they are just middlemen and you will ALWAYS find tickets cheaper with the organizerer. They are well aware of what they are doing. Guys, these people get money from the EU to build their site. Lets write to them and tell them what wonderful use their money is being put to. And we can always share with the city Hall in Granada as well. Spread the word, stay away.
