Had to book last minute tickets to Alhambra as hadn’t realised October is high season in Granada. Would recommend you turn up early to meeting point - between restaurant and bus stop- at least 30 mins before to find others booked on same tour. Collectively you have a better chance of connecting with organiser/guide.

Read the description carefully and check if the tickets include the palace. Ours didn’t which was a bummer.
Guide was knowledgeable but there was so much information I found it hard to follow. Sound quality over the little radios with earphone was terrible.

We bought our tickets online and despite reading a bizarre mixture of reviews on this tour, we HAD A GREAT TIME! Our guide Manu was informed and entertaining. Minor criticisms?….maybe finding the rendezvous point? Advice: ensure you have read the guidelines on where to meet etc, before you get there! There is a phone number on the e-ticket but the agent answering our call could not identify our ticket number! Fortunately we found the group in the end, but I’m sure some might not. Also, if you’re travelling up from the coast to Granada to visit the Alhambra in January - make sure you’re well wrapped up! It was fffffreezing!

Alhambra is an enchanting place..the gardens, the views and the history. Our guide was really nice and informative. The skip the line saved us a lot of time and we were able to cover a lot and go back for pictures. Couple of things to improve an excellent experience. The tickets should say in BOLD that we need our passports to go in and in some area to go out. One person in the group missed the tour because of that. The guide should mention times of the closing of gift shop and it would be nice to mention that the break was the only time for purchase as it was closed by the time the tour ended. Also for those who purchased the entry plus the city pass, the guide should explain what rides we paid for and where to get them on the return trip. However this place is a must see and the guide is an excellent way to learn about the history of the place

We bought tickets for a general ticket (70 gbp each) through top tour because the official tickets had sold out. Only at the last minute did they mention that it did not include the nasrin palace. Basically they resold us a ticket that they had bought for 10 euros. A top tip is that the Alhambra tickets put some back on the market the day before so you can avoid the scammers.

I am very upset with my experience with this company and would not recommend it to anyone. Firstly, they charge exorbitant prices for Alhambra at €39 when you can buy tickets on the official site for €19 or less. Secondly, it seems that no one at this company speaks/is willing to speak English, which is ridiculous as it's a tour agency.
I was booking tickets for Alhambra 4 weeks in advance and had the visit date wrong, so I immediately contacted Top Tour within 5 minutes to correct the mistake before the company even confirmed my purchase. Emails were ignored for more than 3 days, and messages to their Facebook page and WhatsApp messages were blueticked and ignored. I called the company hotline about 10 times and it was perpetually unavailable. One one occasion, a guy picked up in Spanish and promptly hung up on me once I spoke in English. It is impossible to get ahold of anyone at this company and they clearly have no concept of customer service whatsover.
Deal at your own risk.

It was a complete shambles with absolutely no organisaion. Nobody knew of our booking, we were sent from one group to another and ultimately to the ticket office. The Alhambra staff were very polite but could not help as we had booked through this Tripadviser site and not through the Alhambra directly. We had NO guide (although had paid for it) and we ended up paying extra for the self guided audio tape. I would highly recommend NOT wasting money or time on this 'tour'..

This is a terrible company that has ripped us off.
Like others, I thought that this was the official Alhambra office - it is not.
I booked a "five day" Granada Pass including a visit to Alhambra, plus many other key locations in Granada.
We planned to do the Alhambra tour two days after arriving in Granada, but visit some other places on our first two days. The website appeared to allow this - by following the instructions on the site we made the "start of the pass" to be our first full afternoon in Granada, specifying that this would be two days before the Alhambra visit.
Instead, the Alhambra ticket turned out also to be the start of the pass on our day of arrival. As we were late, we missed that. We later rebooked for a mere €14 each from the official site. But the worst thing was that the "five day" pass expired after 48 hours, so we were unable to schedule all our visits in and had to pay again to visit several sites.
The company has refused to acknowledge this breach of contract. Our bank initially refunded the money (on our debit card) but reclaimed this after the merchant claimed that the service had been delivered, even though their own documents showed it was only two fifths of the five days promoted on the website. We are appealing this through our Financial Ombudsman and expect to win, but overall strongly advise going anywhere near My Top Tour.

These people are scam artists. They pay for an ad in Google, with a heading that says they are the official website for Alhambra tickets and a ".org" website. When I clicked on the link, I was directed to their commercial website and did not notice. I thought I was on the official website. Thinking I bought tickets to see the palace and grounds, instead they sold me €7 tickets for the Alhambra grounds only for €35. I paid €35 which included a audio guide. They don't tell you the audio guide needs to be downloaded into a cell phone, and that it is a computer generated voice reading a plagiarized description of the Alhambra grounds. It is a useless guide. The computer voice on your phone GPS is far better. The €7 tickets are available every day at the actual official Alhambra website.

Don't use this service. They are unable to confirm your reservation right away. Since I also needed to arrange transportation to Granada, this did not meet my needs. I immediately sent an e-mail and a note on their website that their service did not meet my needs so I needed to cancel my order. But the company would not accept my cancelation even though I canceled before they obtained the tickets. I am now disputing the charge with my credit card company. Don't use this service.

I don't think you can join a guided tour after it's started. There are are quite a few to choose from.
