Booked a guided tour of the Alhambra and Palaces with "MyTopTour - Granada" on their website which I had to fully pay for . Then to my astonishment, 3 days later they cancelled my booking without any explanation, advice or recommendation.
This gave me very little time to book with another company prior to my planned visit to Granada, Luckily I did manage to book with another company.

I tried to purchase a tour that included tickets for the Nasrid Palace. However the tickets I received did not include the Nasrid Palace after purchase.
I called My Top Tours and the refused a refund. My credit card company could not help me as well.
Beware of this bait and switch.
