      Everything was exceptional
Noemí was amazing. This was by far the highlight of our trip. Every place she took us to was amazing, the food was incredible and the wine was delicious. I honestly can’t believe how much food we ate for the price (we did another food tour in Paris for double the price and a lot less food). We also had the fortune to have an amazing group of fellow ‘tour mates’ who made the experience even better. I highly recommend this tour.

      Had a great evening
This was mostly in SOL and was an amazing night. 4 stops and all a little different with respect to the offerings. All were enjoyable and the guide was very friendly. The group was fun - about ten of us - mostly from the US but not all.

      Terrific food and guide
The Tapas and wine were 1st class. But importantly our guide Sergio explained the wine and the food and the background and history of both.

      Winning Food and Wine Tour
We absolutely loved our wine and tapas tour with Carlos. The food and wine were fantastic and the best part was Carlos took us to truly authentic locations. We were a big group of about 11 or 12 and Carlos swiftly navigated us in and out of tiny restaurants. We had a really fun and lively group and the tour never felt too rushed or too slow. I think these food tours are the best way to try local food and see a few different spots in one night.

Great sampling of different tapas styles in Madrid
Leticia did a great job on our tour! Very knowledgeable! We did four stops, each with a different style/vibe, sampling about a dozen different tapas and having wine, vermouth, and cider! It was also fun to meet fellow tourists from Singapore and South Africa. This was a great intro to sampling the food and drink in Madrid on our own!

      Fantastic Wine and Tapas Tour
Our family group had a private wine and tapas tour with Sergio. He was one of the best guides we've met! Sergio made us feel right at home, gave us lots of informations about the area, we so knowledgeable about the foods and wines we tasted, and even managed a surprise birthday treat for one of our family members. The afternoon tour was a highlight of our trip. We highly recommend the tour and Sergio!

      Great food & people
Leticia was a great guide and was very friendly and personable! She accommodated and changed the plans when it started to drizzle/rain to make the experience more enjoyable for us. She selected very diverse food options for the group and described and answered any and all questions about the food and drinks. We were with an excellent group of people which made the experience even better! I highly recommended as we got to try foods that I probably wouldn’t have selected for myself!

      Fun Night Out in Madrid
Absolutely brilliant evening with good food, good wine and good company. The guide, Eva, was knowledgeable about the food and wine and I think that this is a "must do" if you are staying in Madrid.

We were originally scheduled to go to Ribero Del Duero for the day, but there weren’t enough people for that trip, so we switched to the local one. The bus was about 30 min late, but the guide apologized profusely. Traffic in Madrid is much worse since COVID, with people opting out of public transit.

Enrique knows a lot about wines, having studied wine making himself and as an active wine maker (we saw his wine actively fermenting in a text his girlfriend sent while we were driving).

The ride to the first winery was about 30-40 min and we landed up in the fields with the grower. We saw the vines in action and got a feel for how and where they’re grown. We went from there to their winery and tasted his wines also for with some delicious tapas that was different from the usual stuff we’d had in the city. He let us have fresh, unfiltered wine straight from the tank.

The second place was in another town. There, they ferment in traditional clay vessels. The food was excellent (especially the tuna sandwich). We also got some olive oil there from there farms.

The last place had similar clay vessels, great food and amazing caves in which the wines were stored.

This tour is definitely the way to go for a personal, informative and intimate adventure of three of the most charming wineries. Our knowledgeable guide, Enrique drove us and explained all about the countryside, agriculture and other points of interest along the way. We arrived in little villages for two of the tours and the owners who seemed delighted to see Enrique and his tiny entourage of 4 gave us private tours of their unique, olde world family treasures. We also went to a larger winery called Laguna where we were given a tour by one of the only (Certified Masters Degree in Wine Making) female winemakers in Spain.
I don’t want to give away all the surprises and delights that this trip holds. Let’s just say that we learned a lot about the old tried and true process of winemaking and olive oil production as well as bottling and aging. We met some truly welcoming and lovely humans in love with their craft. Take this tour. It will touch your heart, feed your mind and lift your soul.

Thank you very much for your words! We have been doing these tours for many years and we really like that you appreciate the closeness with the winemakers. The feeling that you have left is exactly what we want you to experience with our tours. Hope to see you again!

My husband and I enjoyed this tour. Ishmael (host/guide) was amazing and extremely informative throughout the entire trip (from check in to close). The wineries were small and family owned; and there was extensive overviews on the history of wines & location.

Our tour group was equally as awesome (I believe our tour had about 12 people on board all from the US).

I would 10/10 recommend this if you need a full day of adventure, wine and history!

This is a very well organised tour. Our guide Enrique was very knowledgeable and learning about how wine was produced and stored historically in Spain was time well spent that would be overlooked on other tasting tours. Some of the current wines we drank were spectacular and I am sorry they are not more widely available. This was one of the best wine tours i have ever taken. It is not a tour for children.

Great trip to three local wineries serving different styles of wines. Each producer had different stories to tell about their family vineyards, wineries, cellars, etc. The wines varied in style but we’re all excellent. Each winery put out plenty of excellent food with the wines to keep us satisfied until we returned to the city center

Our guide was very knowledgeable about the history of Spain, the wine region of Madrid (and others, the wineries and types of wine we were tasting. He had a great sense of humor as well.

    Highly recommend this trip!

This wine tour was a highlight of my trip to Spain. Ismael, our guide, was an excellent tour guide, giving us the history of the region and wine culture in Spain in general. He was very knowledgeable about wine having been the winemaker himself. I don’t have a lot of knowledge about wine and especially about Spanish wine, but I am definitely a more informed consumer now. The wineries we visited were intimate, family wineries. We got to meet the owners, walk through their process of winemaking, and try a lot of their wines, which were excellent. Additionally, it was nice to experience some smaller towns outside of Madrid itself. We had opportunities to buy wine at each of the wineries, and we did buy a few bottles that we drank during the rest of our trip in Spain. Some reviews noted that there was not enough food to match the wine on this tour. However, my group found that there was more than enough tapas to go around and didn’t end up eating the food that we brought with us. Ismael is an excellent guide who adds color and history to everything we saw. He was open to all kinds of questions, and was excited to introduce us to the regional varietals of Madrid. If I ever have the chance, I would definitely take this tour again.

Perfect into to & history of Madrid wineries. Our tour included wineries that were each unique in their own way- from clay pot wines to deep underground cellars. Easy pick-up & drop-off near the city center with a comfortable van ride to each location. Our guide was very knowledgeable & the information shared was both informative & fun. We took the tour on our first day in the city which gave us a better perspective of Madrid & Spanish wines for the remainder of our visit.

The outstanding reviews for this tour are well-deserved. We went to three fantastic wineries, all including tours and tastings with yummy tapas type food. There were 6 of us on the tour which seemed like just the right number. Alfonso was our extremely knowledgeable and earnest guide. He packed a lot into the 6 hours of the tour yet we never felt rushed. We met the owners of two wineries, neither of whom spoke English, but who were obviously very passionate about their businesses. Alfonso interpreted for us and it just made for an exceptionally intimate and personal experience. If you like wine, food, history and beautiful scenery, you should absolutely do this tour!!!

An amazing and intimate wine tasting experience! We were introduced to 10 different wines and 3 different wineries, all have such great knowledge and history on vinticulture. Group size was small and good as well and the transport from place to place was very comfortable. Special thanks to our guide Ishmael for his entertaining narrative throughout the tour - highly recommend!

We had an amazing time with Enrique in this tour. It was very nice to be welcomed by the owners of every winery that we visited. Every question was answered and everybody was very attentive. All the family members loved the experience with ages ranging from 65 to 10
We didn't know anything about wines and the winemaking process before but everything was explained to us very patiently.
Definitely recommend this tour and tour company.
